Great experience! Stayed 4 nights over the holidays and every day was filled with fun activities. Location is ideal as it is right next to Premium outlets and several restaurants. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was just amazing. Very easy to communicate when we needed something. We left some items in the room after checking out and I called and was able to retrieve them easily the next day. We will definitely be back!

We are owners here at Tuscany and visit every December and January. We love the pool activities. The rooms are very spacious. We always get a one bedroom suite unless we have family or friends then we get a 2-3 bedroom. Bartenders are amazing. Love their new years party.

This resort is top notch! The suites are spacious, clean, updated and comfortable. There was a jacuzzi tub in our room which was huge. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The view of the lake with the waterfall was nice and serene. There is nothing bad I could say about this resort. It is a time share resort and the owners were really nice and not snooty. The pools and hot tubs were awesome!

We had a nice stay here. The resort is well kept and beautiful. The room was nice and clean, and the location is close proximity to all the Disney parks! The pool and pool bar are nice too. The lake makes for a beautiful view from your balcony. A couple critiques, so there isn't enough parking around the building (close to all the rooms) so you can either have a staff member drive you in a golf cart to your room, or you can walk. (We walked, it wasn't too bad, just inconvenient). We also had noisy neighbors, so we could hear them late into the night being loud on their balcony and going in and out of their room. Obviously this is not the hotel's fault, but it was annoying.

Great rooms, very clean. Nice little screened in balcony. The desk had no power outlets so had to move it to other side of the room, so that was odd. Nice little kitchenette with decent sized fridge, toaster, and microwave. Two pools, both very nice. Scenic grounds. Nice hotel. Would come again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
