The first time I spend my 18th birthdays at this beautiful hotel, 13 years later, last month I came back with my husband for our honeymoon trip and it was again an amazing experience like last time. It started with the service at the door. The check in at the front desk was memorable, after the check-in the staff guided us to the elevators, and gave us a small tour where everything was located, which is more personal than just pointing around 😆 the breakfast is huge, there was American breakfast British and Thai breakfast. I couldn’t even try everything in 3 nights that we spend. Also I have to mention the rooftop bar is stunning. ! I booked a room for my cousin a few month ago at this location and I cannot believe she didn’t went up there. Last thing, everything is walkable within the area.

Lovely hotel right on the beach. Close to shops and walking street as well as lots of restaurants and massage places. Excellent staff that provided great service. Only negative is that the pool is not heated, so completely useless on a cold day. @management - a hotel like this should really have a heated pool!!

Location location location.. Hilton quality rooms and facilities. Executive lounge is excellent. We spent more time there then expected. Large room with awesome view, including large balcony that has a swing. Pool is compact but beautiful and large enough to enjoy. Beach direct access from the pool area but high waves and strong wind could be dangerous at times to go into the ocean. Many good restaurants and bars in front of property.

The Hilton Hua Hin has a wonderful location, great front desk staff, offering WhatsApp to stay in touch about room updates, and if they could be of any help. Initially I had no reservation so I booked at the desk because there was availability. I did this also because it appeared that they were sold out of every king bed option on their website and was only offering twin beds. While helping me with my reservation, the front desk agent explained that there were 2 types of rooms: the traditional Thai room that's not modern and then there were other rooms that were modern but none of them had king bed availability so I opted for the modern bed with the 2 twin beds. There was a bit of a wait for the room, which was entirely fine since it was only about 30 minutes or so. Upon checking into the room I realize I was missing hand soap in the bathroom (was provided 2 bottles of lotion instead, not a big deal), and then the sad part was there was some hair left over on the chaise. Again, not a terrible thing, but would expect a bit more from a chain hotel like the Hilton. When the team checked in on WhatsApp I casually mentioned the room issues and they immediately told me they were going to move me to another room they had open up with a king bed and up a few floors. That was very kind of them and not what I was expecting but happy they offered. The new room did have a king bed, but the electric sockets by the bed were half falling out. The furniture and the overall decor needs a major redo to stay competitive with the lovely local Thai hotels that charge less, but provide beautifully comfortably and modern amenities. Time for a face lift, Hilton Hua Hin!

The facilities was immaculate, and absolutely lovely. We enjoyed the executive lounge and the service air was top notch. They cocktails quality there though was not the greatest and we were not informed of the breakfast buffet on the first floor. The staff there were very professional and friendly. Our room was gorgeous and the view from the bar on the roof and in our room was spectacular. The beach front was not very large. Security was professional and present throughout the resort.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
