The view from the hotel was amazing. The room was great, especially view from room. Also, the waiters in the executive room were very friendly and cheerful. especially Can was very helpful. He was very polite and provided good service. Thank you Mr Can for making things easy for us during our stay.

It was a great get-away vacation! The view from the hotel is amazing. The food is great, especially the deserts. Customer service is excellent! Thank you Levent Bey for making things easy for us during our stay. Note 1: I recommend the spa! Note 2: The beach is a little smelly from up close, so better watch it from the executive lounge!

It’s a beautiful hotel with a lovely bar and restaurant that serves delicious food. The breakfast selection is a wide range to pick from and the fresh squeezed orange juice is remarkable. The sitting area near the lobby is cozy and provides a very nice space for relaxing. It’s very clean and my house keeper Nilgan did an excellent job keeping my room pristine.

my experience at the Hilton Istanbul Bakirkoy was fantastic! not only was the sea view beautiful and mesmerizing, the people were so friendly. Ayşe Varol was so helpful and was the sweetest! She was at my door every day to make sure my room was spotless and did an amazing job. She was truly so kind and very quick at her job. The food at the Hilton was also amazing. The lavish buffet had many options to choose from. The room service is amazing, they did not take long at all and the food was hot and delicious! Everyone I talked to here was so nice, truly a welcoming and safe environment.

I can recommend this hotel with full marks because they went over and abroad with all my requests. I had a serious problem which the Hotel effectively and efficiently solved for me. I loved the comfort of their beds and the cleanliness of the rooms. The breakfast was great. I hope to come and stay here again soon!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
