Stayed here a few times and its an excellent hotel by any measure, rooms are fully soundproofed- I'm noise sensitive and was worried about hearing planes etc but it was completely quiet. Staff are all well trained and friendly, gym is great and breakfast very good quality. If you're debating which hotel to use at Heathrow take my advice and go with this option, you'll be very pleased with your choice. .

Thank you for being an excellent hotel for an airport stay. There is a covered walkway from Level 2 in Terminal 4 of the airport (just next to the lifts in Departures) which leads to 4 hotels, and the Hilton is a 7-8 minute walk through the walkway. It's really cold inside the walkway (might not be in summer), but it's well-lit and a smooth walk. You come to the end of the walkway, go outside, and the hotel is to your right. The rooms are clean and spacious with well laid out, clean and spacious bathrooms. Barely any street noise and very comfortable beds. They provide basic toiletries, a shower cap, hangers in the wardrobe, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, and a tea and coffee station. The staff are friendly and cheerful which makes you feel welcome. Allow 15-20 minutes to get from the hotel to the train platform in Terminal 4. Honestly, provide a pair of slippers and it's the perfect stay.

Stayed here the night before my flight. Nice, clean room. Bridge is a bit of a walk and if you’re riding the tube to terminal 2 or 3 be sure to allow an extra 30-45 minutes.

I booked over the phone. Prices online were charging a lot extra for breakfast so I asked how much it costs if I just buy it in person when I arrive and was told £16.50. Upon check i was offered a “discount” for breakfast if I purchased it then…. The discounted price I was told was £18.00 and if I pay in the morning it is £25.00. When I told the girl I was told 16.5 on the phone, instead of saying the person must have been mistaken, she acted like I was a liar. Why would I lie to save £1.5? The rooms are mostly clean aside from dust, but not maintained. That goes for the whole hotel. The bed frames are made from some fake leather that is deteriorating. Baseboards are damaged and falling apart. The furniture/tables/desks are damaged and in disrepair. The fridge was unplugged and the mini bar not stocked. The carpets are stained and falling apart. Even the elevator buttons are missing number labels. In general the condition of the hotel is not 4 stars, not maintained, and definitely not worth what they are charging. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the bathroom was ok, had good water pressure and hot water, and the bed sheets were clean. Also the breakfast was quite good for a hotel. Good selection and nice little automatic espresso machine. But in general it’s an overpriced restaurant for basic meals…. Like £23 for a burger, get real. I went to another hotel next door and paid £10 less for the same meal. The cleaners started around 6:30 and I know because every time they went in and out of an adjacent room the door would slam behind them. So don’t plan on sleeping in if you stay here. Proximity to terminal 4 is good. It’s the furthest hotel in that covered walkway but it’s only about a 5 minute walk from the terminal so not the end of the world. Everyone other than the girl that checked me in seemed to be friendly. In summary I expected more from a Hilton. I don’t think Paris Hilton would take a crap in this room let alone sleep there. Improvements are needed. Maybe worth half of what they’re charging but definitely not more.

The staff made this much more of an experience than just a quick one night stay. Sidney looked after us at breakfast and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. As a pre-Christmas getaway to meet up with a family member who is cabin crew, this was perfect.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
