        Generally, staff were helpful, and the hotel is situated just a 6 minute walk from Shepherds Bush tube station. However, the rooms are dated, dark and quite small. There were hairs in my shower and the towels. I tried to put the cool air on, which made a noise but nothing came out. It was too noisy to sleep with the window open, and you could clearly hear the noise from the corridor. I did not have the best night's sleep, despite the bed being comfortable. No plug sockets near the bed which was frustrating when I use my phone as an alarm. In terms of breakfast, there is a good range of food options. The bar, however, charged me a service charge of over £1 for a medium glass of wine, making it almost £10. I know we are in London, but service charge for one glass of wine being added to the bill automatically is ridiculous.

        Most horrible stay. Rooms are old and worn out. Need immediate renovations. Bathrooms are really tiny and makes you feel claustrophobic. House keeping is bad and inefficient. They dont clean the rooms nicely. We stayed for 4 nights and everyday was the same menu which was very boring. Never heard of such stupid policies from any hotel ever. Most horrible hotel in the world. Will never come back again or would ever recommend it to anyone

        Rooms were ok and convenient location. Don't expect the same level of Hilton in London as you may be used to in other areas, such as the US. For Americans, I would class this along the lines of a Ramada. Tiny room, worn furniture and carpet. Smaller than cruise cabins. Our first room was an accessible room, but it wasn't clean (candy and paper on the floor, hairs in the sink and tub) and the only outlet we had at the bed was broken. We called for service but no one ever came. It had pull cords for lights and emergencies, but also had a very tall tub and the tiny sink was impossible to use due to the mounted soap and lotion dispensers. They gave us a new room without issue which was clean and had working outlets. It was winter but the rooms were very warm and the only way to cool them was to open the windows, which we did. The food at the bar was excellent! Service, other than no one coming to fix the first broken outlet, was very good. The housekeeper for our second room was awesome!

        We had put our faith in the Hilton name but was disappointed. Location was nice, at the edge of a nice neighborhood and walking distance to public transportation. Room was in desperate need of an update. The doorframe was not intact, looked almost as if there was an attempted forced entry previously. The carpet was so old, the pattern was worn through in some parts. When we asked if there was any other room we could pay to upgrade to, the front worker was honest enough to tell us that they’re all in similar condition. We initially booked 2 nights but checked out early and found a newer, clean hotel with a lesser star rating in a better part of the neighborhood for peace of mind.

        I would like to preface this by saying this hotel is perfectly located for eating, shopping, and transportation. It is located near Shepherds Bush station which can get you access to all of London. There is a nice mall that is also across the street that you are able to go to that has food court and all sorts of shoppes. There is also an array of restaurants just outside the mall which is all within walking distance. This is a very sage neighborhood and I felt perfectly comfortable walking anywhere. The breakfast food was not the best. The best thing offered was the juice and hash browns. I would like it say that the front desk staff is very nice however the cleaning staff particular on the fourth floor needs to be advised. I had to go to the front desk to request a room change. In my first room there were hair shavings all over the counter and I found several strands of her in the sheets. The title in the rest room appeared to be soiled and some of the lights were out in the rooom. The carpet in the room was also extremely old and appeaed it need to be replaced. I was moved to another room and while this room was on the same floor there was hair in the shower area in this room. As a gold member with Hilton I was a little upset about the issues but I'm glad thefront desk attended to my issue without any hesitation.
