Rooms were comfortable. Beware, those looking for the 'main light switch' won't find one - only lighting from the bedside lamps. No place to insert room card like in other hotels - just enter and turn on a lamp. Power is already on. No service staff to help with getting bags in from shuttles or to rooms which was surprising, given the fancy look of the foyer. Signage in the halls could be better - got lost a couple times from room to elevator. Would have loved more time to explore the pool/hot tub outdoor area on level 3 and what else the hotel had to offer but was only there one night so maybe next time.

We stayed at the Hilton twice during our visit to Los Angles. Once we got into the King room we'd booked, we found it to be a decent size. Airport hotels tend to be on the basic and slightly drab side. It was a little bit dated, but for one night stay it definitely would do. It was clean with white sheets and towels, some free water. On our second visit we managed to get a room with a runway view.

Loud thunderous noises all night long,after a long day traveling. Not cool. Guest service offered 50% off in the morning. No soap in room either. If you pay good money for a hotel room,you should be able to sleep comfortable without loud noises. Very disappointing and would not recommend this Hilton location.
