I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Madrid Airport hotel and overall, it was a delightful experience, earning a solid 4 out of 5 rating. One of the standout features of this establishment is its commitment to cleanliness. The entire hotel exuded a sense of hygiene, from the lobby to the rooms. The housekeeping staff deserves commendation for their meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every corner of the hotel remained spotless throughout my stay. This focus on cleanliness significantly contributed to a comfortable and worry-free environment for guests. The hotel's location is another highlight, conveniently situated near the Madrid Airport. This strategic placement made it incredibly convenient for travelers like myself, especially for those with early or late flights. The accessibility to major transportation hubs and the ease of reaching popular attractions within the city enhanced the overall appeal of the Hilton Madrid Airport. We had an amazing stay at the Hilton Madrid. We booked a room since we had an early New Years flight, so stayed over on Dec. 31st. The staff were really nice and helpful, especially with an active toddler. Unfortunately, our flight was cancelled the next morning (a fact we didn't hear about it until we arrived at the airport) and so asked the hotel if we could re-check back in until our new flight. They were very easygoing about it, no issues at all and let us do a late check-out as well. They even had a conference room set up with kids toys so that our little could play for an hour or so inside the hotel. The room was very comfortable and spacious, and we were able to get a cot for our toddler with no issues. Would definitely recommend if you need to stay near the airport for any reason.

We needed to be close to the airport for a 5am flight and this was great for that. The room was very nice, the bed and pillows were some of the best ever as far as comfort but the bathroom had a lot of glass and was very open. The front desk staff seemed a little irritated that we asked them to get a taxi for us but it was waiting in the morning since their shuttle doesn't start until 5am. We were trying to finish up our last day of sightseeing and this hotel is a good 30 minute taxi from the Plaza Mayor area so we needed to check in early to store our luggage for the day and we were charged 25euro for early check in. I was happy we stayed here as it only took about 15 minutes to get to the airport the next morning.

After a long trip across Europe, I was pampered with an upgrade to a Relaxation room when the window in my room was not isolating noise properly. The property is huge, two buildings with executive and presidential floors. Close to the airport, this hotel is preferred by airline staff on duty. Airport Shuttle is provided for guests every hour. Their breakfast buffet has a wide range of options. Not much nearby, though a few lunch/dining options within walking distance. Recommended for overnight stays or to catch an early flight.

We were only there for a night layover, but they had adjoining rooms for our family of 5. Rooms and bed arrangements were very good. Master bed and bath were very big and rooms were very clean. Buffet was overall good, nothing really remarkable. They have a small kids area off to the side which entertained the younger kids for a little bit. Service was very friendly and the shuttle service to the terminals was very convenient. They ran about every 30 minutes and big enough for several families with luggage.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
