Stayed here for 5 nights. The stay was lovely and would 110% recommend. The wind did make it difficult to sleep but the building is known to ‘hum’. This is only happens with high winds so if you stay it should be fine. Unfortunately the pool isn’t open all day which is a shame, but when I did go it was clean. Rooms are clean and comfy. Not the most modern but I prefer that feel, as it’s cosy. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are a credit to Hilton, the cleaners have an amazing attention to detail and the breakfast and front of house staff are helpful and caring.

We stopped for a drink en-route to dinner at a different place. My 11 year old granddaughter was with us. The waiter explained that children weren't allowed entry after 5pm. It was 4.55. We said we totally understand but we want one drink and will be gone by 5.30. He spoke to the manager and we were escorted to a wonderful lit up table with amazing views. Service splendid. Champagne cold. And the mocktail for my granddaughter was perfect. Thank you

Rooms are dated. I paid to select a room and upgrade, but on arrival was told I had been upgraded for free and placed in a different room. No money was reimbursed. Very expensive bar and room service. Absolutely brilliant location. I would go again, but would hope rooms were updated based in line with the rates charged.

Just had drinks with the family and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the couple of hours in there. Even on a night the view is incredible. The cocktails change with the season or occasion ie Halloween, and are very enjoyable. Table service was friendly and helpful. Overall a nice treat and pleasantly pleased with the prices of drinks as not much difference from other venues in Manchester.

Attended a corporate event at the hotel. The decorations are beautiful, created a lovely atmosphere. Staff are polite and efficient. The food presentation was beautifully done and tasty. Had a lovely evening.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
