        Our stay was okay, overall. The service and staff was great. Very kind, polite, and knowledgeable about the area and great thing to do and restaurants to visit. The location is not good at all. We felt unsafe walking around the area. Also parking is charged extra €25 which was a bummer. They had a wonderful breakfast buffet. Definitely worth a try. Also great service from the breakfast staff.

        One of the top/best front desk and concierge service personnel based on the many international Hilton locations I have stayed at as a Diamond member, competitive with Conrad and Waldorf Astoria. Nice amenities in room and in the executive lounge. Large diverse breakfast buffet. Special thanks to Sylvia (7 stars) at front desk for friendly, professional, and attentive customer service.

        Our stay was pleasant. We were welcomed by a kind staff. There was a small misunderstanding with the chief guest manager or something like that but at the end problem was solved. Our Hotel room was Okay.. a bit outdated especially the bathroom. Bathtub is unnecessary, a normal shower would suffice. The Bidet is also outdated and unnecessary, a bidet spray would also be enough in my opinion. Otherwise, Breakfast was delicious! Hotel lies very close to the central train station. I would recommend this Hotel!

        Great and friendly customer service and close to the train station. You’re basically paying for convenience. Room quality is basic. And I agree with other review on old furniture. They also provide an old towel. The bed is definitely old. Great to sleep the night before heading elsewhere

        I stayed here for 3 nights. Everything was good enough. Especially my room was upgraded, as I am a 💎 member. The best things was a wonderful location. If you compare a room with another hilton. You may be disappointed. But staying for my family, it is good. I choose again here if I have a chance.
