Having the restaurant on the 5th floor was really convenient for breakfast. The view from our room was great, and it was close to the monorail, Pikes place, Starbucks, the docks... By far the most easy and fun trip of my life. The location couldn't have been more perfect. Housekeeping was on top of it, everyone was nice, and the lobby store had almost everything I needed. Pricey place, but I enjoyed it. They've got a fire pit and a gym too! 10/10 would recommend.

Loved the Motif! 🏨 Our room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. With an absolutely beautiful view of the city, we thoroughly enjoyed looking out over the Seattle skyline 🏙️ 🙌 Service was top notch. Front desk can help you with anything and everything. I needed batteries 🔋 for my camera and luckily they had them and gladly gave them to me! 🥹 Location was also really centralized and no more than 10-15 minute drive from all the large attractions. Most definitely would stay again 😋

Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was spacious. For the price we paid, we expected better view which was totally disappointing. Very disappointed for heavy charges like parking fee, resort fee, taxes. For the money we paid, we expected this to be luxury hotel but completely disappointed.

All around solid hotel for a downtown stay. The room was well done, with plenty of outlets, lots of space, even if the bathroom was a bit dated and the walls definitely thin so 4/5. The location is just a few blocks from Pike’s Place and other tourist spots but not so close to be right in the tourist chaos so 5/5 there. Parking is pretty crazy at $68 a day but if you’re coming for a weekend, there’s a very nice lot on union st at $10 for 24 hours. What really knocked it down to 3 from 4/5 stars for me was the restaurant management. The food is hotel quality decent, the staff friendly, but the business policies are tacky. They add on a 20% service fee but then hold 15% back for the hotel and try to suggest a 15-20% tip on top of that too. A service fee should be for those working the service, not to pad prices and above all else, charge fairly to pay your staff properly so they dont have to rely on 35-40% tips.

Hotel front desk manager has zero hospitality skills, he wasn't helpful at all. The stay had a bunch of hidden fees none of my rewards were applied. The bartender was good at his job but 2 out of 3 of my glasses had chips on the rim. The rooms were OK but not the best hotel I've stayed at, there are far better hotels out there...overall let down by mediocre hotel staff, service staff was good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
