The location is great, facilities are ok for a Hilton. While the staff were very friendly, the reception was not very helpful or flexible. I arrived at 2pm and was told to wait 45min for the room, which was perfectly fine. However, when I checked in 45min later I was told I had to pay 1 hour extra parking in addition to the 24h rate. Despite this not being mentioned on the Hilton Munich City web site or app or by the reception staff when I arrived, they insisted on the extra payment. That would have been the difference between just friendly staff and truly caring and helpful staff.

Honestly not a great Hilton - they usually nail the basics, but my first room smelled like old food and the second one won’t heat correctly in the dead of winter. Disappointing. I would recommend any of the other many hotels in the area. Even the aloft is a more comfortable stay due to them being able to get the basics correct. Staff at the Hilton are kind and friendly, just the rooms need some serious upkeep.

Hotel was in a good location with comfortable rooms. The staff was excellent, Sandro in the restaurant was outstanding & should be commended. Breakfast was very good however dinner left much to be desired, VERY limited selection & below average food. The rest of the positives about this hotel still made it a 5* experience

Overall this is an excellent hotel; the rooms are reasonably sized, clean and well maintained, the facilities are strong and the location is excellent: quiet; yet a short walk to the centre; and there is a very convenient lift inside the hotel down to car parking and the Rosenheimer Platz station with multiple stores and supermarkets. Breakfast in terms of food choice is good, but the service is chaotic, and has remained so for over a year. Despite this, I frequent this hotel for work multiple times a year and will continue to do so.

This is my second stay in this hotel in 2 years, the hotel is outstanding, superb location, just 1 minute walk to the train station which is 1 stop away from the main square in Munich or about 25 minute walk to same location. Super clean hotel and fantastic comfortable rooms so we had a great night's sleep. The check in was great and we was given inter connecting rooms, staff on check in are amazing. Breakfast choice is huge and the food is very good. I will always choose this hotel on my return to Munich without doubt.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
