Great hotel worth the splurge if you want a nice stay near Disneyland or Universal. Helpful staff, clean rooms and shared spaces. Lovely swimming pools and amenities included. Convenient shuttles to the parks and airport if you schedule ahead. They sell admission to Universal Studios downstairs, deals are pretty much exactly the same you’d find online. Lots of dining and activities available nearby, great location. Overall would recommend.

All in all we had a good stay. The lobby area and shared spaces are modern and spacious. Rooms are rather big but outdated. They would benefit from a renovation but the beds are comfortable and the bed sheets were nice. The pool area was fine and the children enjoyed the Lazy River. The service was inconsistent. We had amazing service from the front-desk one day and not so great service the next day. As always, people dependent. Breakfast was good and there were healthy options, which is always appreciated.

Good location with easy access to I4 and the convention center. Not especially walkable (2mi+) to a large selection of restaurants or activities. Excellent pool and lazy river. Clean hotel with need for some room upgrades/renovation (dirty blinds, overall shower quality, hard bath linens, dirty walls, and stained lamp shades). We visited as part of an invitation to explore timeshare ownership - poor advertising, considering the room we were placed in, had a view of the roof and was next to the loud bank of elevators. I felt staff conducting check-ins would be more aware or inquire of their guests' needs/ wants... there was a cheer competition going on, making the hotel feel more like a great wolf lodge than an adult getaway. Perhaps we could've been asked about room preference? The best feature of the hotel was the Scratch bodega, featuring staff that delivered great customer service and exceptional coffee. The staff in the spa were fabulous, and poolside staff hit the mark as well. Staff at the sports bar were a mess: sloppy behavior, ignoring guests, and speaking poorly about one another loud enough for patrons to hear - don't waste your time (or money, with Icon Park being only 2 miles away and boasting many dining and drink options). I observed a Hilton Diamond member walk to the back of the bar to place an order where the staff were camped, pouring beer to sample among themselves. Again, it is not the best advertising for prospective owners. With so many other choices for quality lodging and amenities in the greater Orlando area, I will be hard-pressed to visit this Hilton hotel again.

Largest establishment I have encountered. Staff was helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Rooms are quite spacious and very clean. Walls have enough soundproofing that you can not hear your neighbors. The ballroom area was ginormous! Food four are event was flavorful, hot and plentiful!

This is our favorite hotel we have ever stayed at. Everything was perfect. All of the staff were so kind and considerate. The whole hotel was clean and so nice. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
