Absolutely fantastic hotel. I stayed here for about 26 days for work and it was definitely a home away from home. The room was large a d the bed was very comfortable. I definitely appreciated the separate shower and bath. Laundry services were very reasonable and faster than expected. There are some great choices for food in the hotel. Breakfast has so many options for guests to eat their comfort food and also experiment with some different cuisine. There is a good mall with many shopping options just a short walk away. The staff provided exceptional service and was very friendly, no question was outside of their scope of knowledge.

Great location. we booked a two bedroom apartment. I absolutely loved the rooms, spacious, clean and the staff were very friendly. We had one problem with the fridge in the kitchen was super loud but I wasn’t mad because the room was great. The location is perfect if you have kids. All the nice kid friendly restaurants were near by. The mall was walking distance and had all the shops you puke ask for. I will visit again soon!

Our overnight stay at Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residence was nothing short of exceptional, leaving us with a lasting impression of warmth and comfort. From the moment we stepped into the lobby to the time we bid farewell, the experience was marked by exceptional hospitality, a comfortable stay, and convenient amenities. One of the standout features of our stay was the incredibly kind and attentive staff. The level of service we received was truly outstanding, with every team member going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From check-in to check-out, the staff exhibited genuine warmth and hospitality, making us feel not just like guests, but like valued friends. My bad I can’t recall the names of the valet team, but they went above and beyond with their personal touch and leaving us absolutely speechless with the level of their service that was not limited just by receiving and delivering a car. Exceptional service. The room was very comfortable offering an office space and delightful view that added to the overall experience. Waking up to such a view was a treat in itself. The morning began on a high note with a breakfast spread that exceeded our expectations. The wide choice of stations catered to various tastes and dietary preferences, ensuring that every guest could find something to savor. From freshly baked pastries to a selection of local and international dishes, the breakfast experience was a true culinary delight. The attentive staff in the dining area added to the overall positive impression, making it a leisurely and enjoyable start to our day. Moreover, one of the most important factors in choosing the hotel for us was to find the hotel with a location that allows easy access to the airport without the hassle of navigating heavy city traffic. There is also a metro station next to the hotel if you prefer this way of transportation. Overall, the combination of the welcoming staff, comfortable accommodations with scenic views, delicious breakfast options, and a convenient location made our stay at the Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residence truly memorable. It's a place I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone visiting Riyadh.

Service and room as expected from a 5 star hotel. The incredible problem in my room was that there was no hot water! The technician arrived in a few seconds from my call but the only solution I was offered (twice!) was to run the hot water for 10 minutes and then eventually the water was lukewarm. Considering that there is a notice in the bathroom not to waste water this is unbelievable! Hilton should be doing better on the environmental side!

The ambiance of the room is truly captivating, and perfectly blend of style and comfort. The view from the outside is simply beautiful. We had a fantastic experience thanks to the helpful and courteous staff of the hotel.🥰 And if you're in a mood for some shopping, you'll be happy to know the mall is really close to the hotel... the Granada Mall...

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
