        The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and polite. Literally everyone we encountered (reception team, shuttle driver, housekeeping and restaurant staff) were all awesome. The room was clean and the view was beautiful. The only downside was that we had to pay a fee to park our rental car despite the lot being empty.

        The hotel location was good and staff were friendly. The airport shuttle starts at 4:30am. Summary of problems: shower full of hair and charged for room service I never ordered. My first problem was cleaning. The room, particularly the bathroom, seemed not cleaned at all. The shower was full of hair, the rug you roll out was wet, etc. It was pretty gross, and much different from what I'd expect at a Hilton. Based on other reviews it seems to be a consistent problem and not just one room missed. Edit: dropped from 2 stars to 1. I was charged an extra $84 for room service I did not order, and the charge happened after I checked out at 4:30am to go to the airport. Now I have to waste more time disputing charges which are totally unrealistic for when I left the hotel, and weren't on my zero balance sheet when I checked out.

        What a beautiful hotel. It's in a perfect location. You get to enjoy the wonderful breeze off the ocean, but with a secluded resort feel. You're far enough away from downtown that you don't to deal with the loud noise from traffic, but you're close enough that you're just a short uber away from wonderful eateries or just a few minutes away from a DoorDash delivery.

        We had a wonderful weekend stay at this hotel. It was located next to the airport, which made it convenient for our friends who flew in. Our rooms were very nice and we had a balcony which made for a great view of the ocean and marina. My husband enjoyed using the gym. Loved the modern decor of our room with very comfy beds. The bathroom was also nice and stocked with lovely toiletries. We loved having a coffee maker with both coffee, tea and condiments. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating - from the front desk check in to the maintenance engineer and housekeeping. Will definitely return in the future.

        I select Hilton because of the Brand name. I don't travel often, but I do have a level of expectation for professionalism and courtesy. Your hospitality and cleanliness was outstanding. The Google Chrome cast device provided us with our personal shows. The room size is very standard, however, the harbor view was the perfect choice for morning sunshine. The staff welcomed us everytime and wished us well as we ventured off. The food from the bar to room service was served hot and fresh. Cold beer and hot coffee. Our airport shuttle drivers picked us up very fast and dropped us off without any incidents. Thank you all for making my once in a lifetime stay in San Diego spectacular.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
