Incredible service. The front desk staff was hospitable and efficient. The bellman was kind and informative. The best part was our breakfast experience. Simon our server was helpful and friendly. Kristine kept our coffee coming and she always had a smile on her face. But Miguel Corona topped it off with his contagious personality and can do attitude. We even met Judy the GM who was serving coffee and helping out. And the rooms were so clean and comfy!

I had an amazing first time in San Diego while attending a symposium at the convention center. I had many kind interactions with staff through the app's messaging and in person, and they were all quick and pleasant. Paola gave me critical information before I arrived and also checked me in, Lexi and Stephanie handled requests with speed, and Carissa more than made up for my mistake in not helping myself to snacks my whole trip. My room on the 12th floor was a big step above what I had chosen in the app and I thoroughly enjoyed it and the views. The renovations bring modern comfort and warm aesthetic touches with plenty of room. The bed was so comfortable and massive. Great to see all the cute puppies in the park!

This hotel is absolutely perfect. They have everything a good hotel should have. The rooms are very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom has a built in mirror light which I found very nice. I wanted to include how professional and nice the staff working the front counter were. I had to make many changes to the amount of days I was at the hotel and they were so helpful ensuring I kept the same room throughout the stay. They went above and beyond to reduce all the stress I had dealing with the uncertain travel plans. The only downside of this hotel is the restaurant that’s attached. I prefer Hiltons to have complimentary breakfast but this one does not. I left a separate review about the restaurant and for members staying at this hotel, I can’t recommend it. Go somewhere else for your food.

The bar and restaurant charges a 4% surcharge for ??? I asked 3 employees and no one could answer what it was for. It seems as if a way just to nickel and dime their customers. It's petty, really. Location is good and staff was friendly. However, some idiot there decided it would be a great idea to test the fire alarm system @ 9:30 AM during one of the busiest travel weeks of the entire year. The literally could have waited 4-5 days and the hotel would have been practically empty.

Very comfortable stay, very welcoming environment, friendly and patient staff. Super clean and smells great. Valet staff members are super quick at getting your vehicle. I was in a medical status and had to go back to the hospital multiple times, valet members were always ready.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
