        Great rate the week after Thanksgiving. The hotel was in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dinner was a little pricey but tasted good. Breakfast was over priced. Coffee at $3 a cup seemed steep. Pool was nice as well as spa. Great quiet place to stay and I felt very safe here as a woman alone on the grounds.

        Stayed here during a Thanksgiving vacation. It's a great hotel with a very nice staff. Food in the dining area was pretty good and really convenient. Loved the apple pie a la mode. Turkey dinner was pretty great with the exception of the cornbread. The cornbread was a bit on the dry side. The reason the hotel room gets 4 stars was because I couldn't get the AC lower than 68 degrees and the sink had low water pressure. Overall it's a great place for the family and would stay again. Thanks Hilton!

        I use to stay here anytime that I would come to Santa Cruz and it’s always been great up until this last stay. I stayed in room# 309 and the entire time it smelled like mildew or mold. When I went downstairs to alert the front desk, they said that they couldn’t change rooms because they were all booked but they would give me a voucher for breakfast and some Hilton Honors points. Breakfast in the morning was a bit hectic due to a High School sports team being there but the staff kept the food coming promptly. Even though breakfast was free for me, I charged a $5 tip to my room because the waitresses were working hard. However, I recently received the final bill and noticed my tip was changed to $10. Because of these reasons I won’t be staying here anymore and I can’t recommend anyone else staying here either. The Best Western down the road provides far better accommodations, better food choices and all at a cheaper rate tooZ

        This was the worst experience ever. Not only was our room dirty, meaning stains on the chair, stains on the carpet, and stain on one of the pillows... They charged $10 for parking a night even tho there is no security and even have a sign that says park at your own risk all over the parking lot. The icing on the cake for me, was on the website it states free breakfast for every guest, but then they direct you to the buffet which cost $20 for a breakfast that Dennys could do better for half the price. The servers at the hotel restaurant seemed as if they didn't want to be there, and the concierges seemed like they disliked their job. I would not recommend staying here unless you have to.. Personally, I've stayed at other Hiltons, and never had such a terrible experience. This was the worst Hilton experience I've ever had.

        The hotel itself is beautiful. The outside as well as lobby just beautiful. All the people who work there, from the front desk to house keeping, from bartenders to food servers, everyone was absolutely great. The location, however is not close to anything & the building itself is incredibly inconvenient. You have to take 1 elevator up 1 floor then walk to the other side of the building to take a different elevator up to the rooms. Breakfast is not complimentary so that got quiet expensive after 2 weeks of work stay.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
