Rooms are newly renovated and have a very modern look. I arrived very late to the hotel but Rachel from the front desk was very amazing. She had a wonderful Christmas spirit and it was an excellent check in. Breakfast in the morning here is also very world class. I’ve stayed at many Hilton owned properties and the breakfast here is world renown. What also makes this place so amazing is that it is in the perfect location. So many shops and dining nearby. If you come to Singapore come stay here!

Just concluded my stay at Hilton Orchard in Singapore, and I'm delighted to share that it was an extraordinary experience. As a Diamond member, I was graciously upgraded to the hotel's largest suite, providing not only ample space but also a touch of luxury. The central location made exploring Singapore a breeze, and the attentive staff added a personalized touch to my stay. One highlight was the amazing breakfast buffet, boasting a plethora of options and delightful variety. From international cuisines to local favorites, the spread was a culinary delight. Dining options were exceptional overall, offering a diverse range of delectable choices. Hilton Orchard surpassed my expectations, and I highly recommend it for an indulgent and memorable stay in Singapore.

It's an excellent hotel. The breakfast is lovely with a huge selection of Western and Asian cuisines. The view from the top floors is amazing, the rooms and the amenities are very comfy. The location is very central, with an easy access to taxis, grab, metro, and walking. Shopping malls surround the hotel. Good restaurants in the same complex like the hotel. The price is also very reasonable. The pool has a very easy access (outside), but a bit small and it feels like swimming in a large concrete cage. That said, it's rarely crowded and easy to go for a quick swim. If you want a bit more spa-like experience, you should probably try something else.

Excellent service. Our room was a bit warmer than what I would prefer. Staff went out of their way to assist and address the concern. Jimmy, from the executive lounge, and his team were also exceptional in making our stay memorable. I would absolutely not think of anywhere else to stay. Thank you to the entire staff for making our trip memorable and hospitable. 🙏🏽

I had a great stay at Hilton orchard. The room was clean, well designed and had a great view of orchard road. Breakfast buffet spread had all sorts of cuisines and I particularly loved the fresh juice bar and the warm hospitality from Chefs William & Raj. Thank you chefs for the avocado surprise, it made my day! 🥑 The gym is maintained with very clean equipment and fresh towels. I also enjoyed the attentive service from the executive lounge staff Hannah & PeiShi. Thank you Hilton team for the amazing 2 night stay :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
