        I have stayed several times here but am having a bad luck this time. The heater for the room was not working when it’s below freezing temperature outside. They changed my room but new room has also many problems…sigh. First of all, I can smell cigarette or weed inside bedroom area which is so not comfortable. Second, the shower room door is not closing. And third, magnifying mirror is almost falling off from the wall. The staff member at front desk was not really nice, not helping and not apologizing for my inconvenience. They sent me text when I changed my room to ask how comfortable I am in scale of 1 to 5. As soon as I said 1 and they never replied. (What’s the point for asking)

        Nothing to complain about at all. Doing a wonderful job there. To the chef in charge of deserts the cheesecake is amazing so is the bourbon pecan pie. To the bar tender, the long island ice tea was on point. If I hadn't see u make it I would have guessed it was premade and spiked it tasted so perfect. The rooms were clean, spacious, and felt like home walking in. The staff was very respectful and I look forward to coming back when I have the chance.

        Our group stayed here for a birthday celebration in town. The check in kicked off the with a female agent helping staff in front of us. She was having system issues and her other co worker did not seem interested in helping. I watched the male staff she asked to help ignore her and the customers questions. The line grew longer as the female agent was dealing with system issues and the male agent took his time trying to offer assistance. That first interaction of watching him snub the customer was not a welcoming site. While we waited in line the heat in the lobby was too high and we were sweltering. Once the others in front of me were helped. The female agent was able to help me check in with no issues. The room was okay. The hotel definitely needs upgrades. The room carpets are stained. The sofa was worn and tattered. The shower head has a hole around it in the wall. The pipes were making noise and the toilet makes noises after flushing that aren't normal. The sheets on the bed had stains.Thankfully i bring my own bedding when i travel. I woke up in the morning with a lizard in the bathroom. The bed did sleep comfortably. I was not in the room long due to family activities planned. For the amount this room cost and the way the facilities look i would not want to stay longer than the 1 night we did.

        So, there are quite a lot of bad reviews for this hotel. Not sure it’s deservedly. My major complaint is that using google maps/gps it will not take you to the right hotel UNLESS you put in the address instead of hotel name or using their link. Now, the room was comfortable. Yes it needs some maintenance and tlc but it was pretty clean. However, the vent over the tub in room 440 was filthy. The grab bar, faucet handles etc were dirty/finger prints. I have seen worse hygiene issues at more expensive hotels. Bed was comfortable and pillows better than most. Had breakfast via room service. Pretty good and reasonable price. Didn’t have any real interaction with staff other than the lady who delivered the room service. Received welcoming smiles from front office staff. I am one who appreciates people that are working and realize some things are not in their control like updating rooms (that would be a corporate issue). You get more with honey than vinegar so likely all the folks complaining about the hotel are likely unhappy folks to begin with…

        As A business traveler there are several things that are important to a great stay and will help you determine if this is your go to hotel for the next trip...Does the hotel have a restaurant with good food and service, is the check in and out process easy and am I getting my Hilton rewards. Most importantly is the room nice and is the bed comfortable. I can say that the food was good and the service in the bar was some of the best service I have ever had. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable which was made even more surprising by the broken down room. The toilet paper holder and towel rack were both broken, base boards and trim were coming out of the walls with nails showing and the refrigerator didn't work. The front desk staff despite being nice did not know how to navigate their computer systems, they put a hold on two of my credit cards for the full amount of the 4 night stay. They didn't allocate my Hilton honors points and when I checked out my bill was a complete mess. When I brought it to the nice mans attention he couldn't figure it out so told me I would get a call from management. Of course I never got the call so I had to phone the hotel. After three non-returned messages and a call to the Diamond desk I finally got ahold of someone who without exaggeration was the rudest person I have encountered...Sadly I will not be returning!!!! P.S. To the manager that I spoke with...you were correct about one thing, you said to me once I got my credit card statement I still wouldn't call you with an apology and let you know you were right....why did I not make that call....because you still messed it up and overcharged me. I would be happy to share the statement with you, however I am guessing you won't be calling to apologize.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
