We had to move our suites due construction noise after long haul flight. However, staff were super friendly and cleaning were provided. We ended up upgrading our stay to two bedroom suites. This hotel has comfy beds!! beautiful lobby, easy access location. Breakfast buffet restaurant manager is super courteous and the staff goes above and beyond. Definitely great stay!

Had a fantastic time staying her. Location is perfect, it takes about 2 minutes to go from my room into the haram mosque. Rooms were spacious, and well equipped with a kitchen and living room as well. Breakfast was great, lots of tasty options and good variety. And our cleaner, Jahirul Islam, was wonderful, always had a smile on his face and would help us with anything we needed.

Staying was perfect comparing to Zamzam Pullman Madina hotel and Hormuz grand hotel, Marcus The guy who served us in the breakfast was really professional and down to earth, I think his name is Ramadan. We had lot of family members with us and we were amazed for his memorizing and remembering everybody drinks Thanks to him that our stay was great. Cleaning was not great Hope hotel can take care of that. Of all our stay was perfect

Great team, the reception team are cooperative and ready for any help at the check-in or during the stay. Cleaning staff are doing a great job, seid was kindly all time checking to make sure that we are having good time. Break fast was great and the team there were exceeding our expectations with their great service with a big smile Thank you for a memorable comfortable stay.

Good customer service. Friendly staffs all around. They remember my name too. Very clean room. Good and friendly housekeeping staffs. Clean bathroom. Good amenities. Keeping to its name - a real international 5-star hotel. This was the view from my hotel suite.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
