While the location and rooms offer a contemporary vibe, the service falls short for the money paid. The wait staff seem either poorly trained or disengaged. When attempting to order a cake from the shop downstairs via room service, we were met with a disappointing refusal. The breakfast session featured a Japanese waitress who appeared uninterested and misunderstood a simple request for salt and pepper. Look at the mess on our table. On a positive note, Guest Services promptly addressed my request for a humidifier, although it's concerning that the staff member didn't initially recognize what it was. The experience was hit and miss overall, highlighting the need for improved training. Notably, we did encounter a super attentive short haired waitress during lunch. Lunch quality was also quite disappointing. I ordered sliders and bread was dry and tasteless and very forgettable. It’s a lot of money to pay for sub par services and quality.

I will start by saying the interior is a quite dated. It definitely could use a significant remodel. That being said it still gets 5 stars. The staff and service are incredible. The drinks and food are expensive, but very good. And the other amenities and surrounding area are great as well. My room had a nice shower and a huge bath. And best of all the view of the rainbow bridge and the bay are unmatched. You can sit and watch the sunset and the lights come up in your room and have one of the better views around. If you can get over a dated interior and anticipate paying a bit more for drinks in the hotel, you will love your stay.

Amazing Location, view, breakfast, room, customer service, the list goes on! We were greeted with an amazing smile and great customer service from Chathuranga, and every time we saw him he never forgot us and had great and friendly service and conversation! I 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely be back when I have another stay in Japan! It is conveniently located attached to a train station with so many attractions, restaurants, and stores close, but you also feel a little out of all the hustle and bustle of downtown Tokyo! I could write a great book about this hotel! It was amazing!

Had a lovely stay. Our room had a great view. The hotel is right at Daiba station. We took advantage of this to go to the popular Team Labs Planets. It was a straight shot, about 8 stops down and we were there. Very convenient to get around. The hotel is also near the Statue of Liberty, Aqua City Mall and there are 2 Lawsons conveniently located near the Daiba Station and in The Aqua City Mall for snacks, wine, and supplies. We had to pay to use the pool, but the rooftop jacuzzi overlooking the bay & Bridge made it absolutely worth it, as did the showers with body jets and spa products. I wore a cover, even though no one mentioned a thing to me about the spa/pool being tattoo free. Couldn't find any clear guidance on it, so I wore a cover to be safe. No problems for me, thankfully! Definitely will come back. I left the hotel relaxed and well rested with kids begging to come back.

Amazing location 2 min walk from the train station as well as diver City and bic camera. Location is prime. Rooms are dated. Service is amazing here. Great staff. I wanted to post something in support of a female staff I saw this morning around 8 37 am Tokyo time. I saw a staff yelling at her for luggage and about his 11 05 flight to haneda. Even if the luggage is late a full grown man acting this way has no class. It really disrupted the atmosphere for my baby and wife. The staff did nothing wrong and should be commended for her attitude. Men like that really should not be staying at any place of any merit. Hope he didn't ruin her day.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
