I have been a guest here several times with my family and friends and our experiences have always been excellent, including this most recent stay. Make sure to grab a bite and a cold drink at Shipwreck Sally's while enjoying the water park. Or if you want a quiet pool experience, try a smaller pool where you can relax to the music. Grounds are beautiful and easy to walk. Amenities are great! My family likes the mini golf, but so much more is offered. 2bed/2 bath unit suits us well, and the in-unit washer and dryer is a great plus. So much space for all!! Really nice having a screened in lanai at the front door. Can't wait to come back again!

This was the perfect place to stay for our Disney Vacation! Cheaper than staying at the Disney resorts yet still close and fun! Rooms were spacious with full amenities. Splash park & pools were great for my 3 year old. Really enjoyed this place! Staff was helpful as well. Only bad thing I can say is that our room had some fruit fly activity and a slight smell- but nothing intolerable. Will be back for sure!

I selected this hotel as the destination for my family and myself to celebrate my birthday weekend, and I must say, the experience was truly exceptional. Above all, their customer service stands out as nothing short of excellent. From the moment of our arrival, they went out of their way to ensure we felt warmly welcomed. We opted for a spacious three-bedroom unit, and upon our arrival, we encountered a minor issue with one of the apartment's air conditioning units. However, with just a simple text message to the staff, within a mere 10 minutes, a technician arrived promptly to resolve the matter. Throughout our stay, anytime we encountered any concerns, a quick text was all it took to have them efficiently addressed. Furthermore, it's worth noting that they are currently in the process of upgrading all the units, thanks to Hilton's recent acquisition of the property. I'm eagerly anticipating the positive changes these renovations will bring. The hotel's amenities were nothing short of excellent, providing a delightful experience for both my children and the rest of my family. However, if I were to suggest one area for improvement, it would be the arcade, which currently features only six machines and leaves room for enhancement. In conclusion, my overall experience was outstanding, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable stay.

I stayed at this place during Christmas time. It was a very good experience and the service was excellent, they responded within 10 mins. Just to make sure I give a complete review I will try to cover most of the facilities available here: 1. Rooms - they are clean, a little older but very clean just like home. 2. Restaurant and bar - the food was great and was available pretty late 3. Water park - this was clean and they were heated pools. 4. Pool near main office - water was clean and heated. Also has a jacuzzi 5. Boats - there is small lake right in the middle of the resort where you can rent a paddle boat for around $10 or $15 6. Cycles - you can also rent 2 wheel, 4 wheeler cycles at a reasonable price 7. Sports - mini golf, basketball court and tennis court were functional. The wait was not too long.

ETA: I am an owner through Hilton/Diamond Resorts, therefore I had access to all amenities on the property. I visited Orlando in October for family vacation and stayed at this hotel. I had a very pleasant stay. I spent two days in their waterpark because it was so relaxing. The bar staff was very attentive, the lifeguards were very organized, and overall the entire pool area was excellent. I especially remember one of the lifeguards that I saw and chatted with several times during my stay. She wore this adorable striped hat so she didn’t get burnt, was always smiling, and even encouraged me to enjoy the slides despite being an adult. She had a wonderful attitude and seemed to be a positive influence on visitors and staff alike! This place was incredible and without a doubt I will return because I always felt well cared for and met some wonderful people!
