This place has it's pros and cons. Pros: -CLEAN. Very clean. -Location. It's close to Disney. - Amenities. You have access to the amenities at Cypress, plus another place across the street. -Very friendly staff. Cons: - This place used to be an apartment/condo complex that seems to have been converted to hotel rooms. - Some rooms are very small and open. By this, I mean you will be showering in your room, not your bathroom. There is no bathroom. Just a toilet in a room barely big enough to hold it. I found that a little weird. - Stairs. Prepare to lug your luggage up and down stairs if you aren't on the ground floor. - Adjoining rooms have a very thin and flimsy door between them. You're going to know about whatever the folks next door are doing - even if they're just quietly getting ready for work in the morning... No Ill will whatsoever toward our respectful, yet early rising neighbor. Overall I am satisfied. I would recommend this place.

A most awesome place. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and gives you a home-like feeling. The full kitchen with everything you need is amazing. A washer and dryer was in the room, too. My husband enjoyed the pool and hot tub which was close to our room. All in all we rate this resort an outstanding 10++.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was perfect, the location is great, and we didn't have any complaints. The volcano pool was super fun. We loved the giant tub in our room as well. We had to run the water for a while before it would heat up, but it wasn't a big deal at all. Definitely would recommend staying here!

My family and I had stayed here for our vacation. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the room was amazing. The location for this resort was great for our budget and not to mention how close we were to all the attractions we were going to go see. My only complaint was that the tub in our bathroom would not produce hot water, it stayed cold the entire visit, but the shower worked fine. We did let the staff know so hopefully future guests will get to enjoy it to the fullest.

Great service help by the staff. However, the efficiency rooms are very small. There is not much floor spaces and what litter dpace there is. Is taken by a large bathtub in the middle of the room. The air conditioner did not work well at all and it broke twice while we were there. The view of the pond smd fountain, out of our balcony, was completely blocked by a large palm tree.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
