        What separated this hotel from others we have stayed at was the service. The staff were kind and helpful. My 3 year old looked forward to his daily conversations and even a race with the concierge. The staff at breakfast were really thoughtful and made great lattes. We stayed in a suite on the 26th floor which offered great views and a balcony. The staff really makes this hotel!

        My family and I stayed here in early December. The staff was very polite and responded to service requests quickly. When they were in our room cleaning they were polite, gracious and really hustled. They were super accommodating. We were equally impressed with the concierge staff, who were attentive and welcoming. They were prepared for our questions and eager to get answers for the ones we didn't have answers to. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We attended an event at BC Place which was within a 5 minute walk so the location was perfect. There were also lots of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping all within walking distance. We had a great stay at the Hilton and will definitely go back.

        Room was very comfortable, king bed with separate living area. Bathroom had shower and separate tub. Room had coffee maker, separate kettle, fridge, and microwave. Enjoyed the complementary juice in the lobby. Very friendly valet and was able the check in my luggage early so I didn't have to lug it around all day while I waited for my room to be ready. Outdoor pool was heated (so lovely), hot tub, shared sauna, and steam rooms in change rooms. The shower products in the rooms had a very strong perfume smell preferred the shower products in the gym showers. Great location. We absolutely stay here again. Elevators were slow when busy.

        Great location! Staffs are very friendly. One of the best conference setup with sturdy tables. Very thoughtful to have power outlet accessible to all the seats. The room is alright, bed is nice and firm but the shower door wouldn't close shut which is a let down. Overall great stay.

        I stayed here last year and was impressed enough to come back. Unfortunately, this year fell a bit flat. For starters, we have turned the heat all the way down, and it still feels like a sauna in the bedroom portion of the room. My buddy, on the pull out, has it a bit more modest in terms of temperature (but has not sheets/blanket for the bed). The tv in the bedroom’s remote doesn’t work (last year the remote was completely missing). And finally, I cannot connect to the internet (I’m an Honors member, so there shouldn’t be an issue there). The staff has been fantastic, however, and the location couldn’t really be beat.
