We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa for 6 nights in January 2024 and we are already planning on coming back for an extended stay! We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more! The reception staff were attentive, always responding quickly to any request or question and couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried! Thomas was always so easy and friendly to deal with from the start of our booking to the end of our stay. The villas are modern and there’s everything you could possibly need all within the privacy of our little piece of paradise. The free shuttle to Kamala beach and Big C was so easy and the driver was always on time! The outdoor area was extremely comfortable for days or nights in and we felt at home every moment we were there. The tranquility of the mountain view and quiet complex was divine. If you’re looking for accomodation in this area, Himmapana Villas can’t be beat! Until next time ☺️

We had a fantastic 18 day stay in a beautiful 3 bedroom villa with my family. I would recommend Himmapana Villas, the reception desk was so attentive to all our requests. The free shuttle bus to Kamala beach was a real bonus, we used that almost everyday! Thank you once again to Thomas and your fantastic team! We will be returning back soon! Best regards Arjun

Wonderful Luxury Villa, Spaciouse and very clean , highly recommended even for larger families. Practical location with shuttle to most nearby activities and the beach. Excellent and supportive staff, helped setup arrangments for two Birthbday occasions during our stay, as well as a very deliciouse dinner preped by their private chef (highly recommended).Even met the owner , extremely friendly and very understanding, provided solutions for a smooth checkout. Thank you for the efforts and memorable stay. we will be back no doubt.

This is not our first time staying with himmapana, its our home away from home.This will never happen without the the top quality service and kindness of the Himmapana family. What i would say about our stay is that the hospitality was amazing, rooms are always clean and it has daily room service. The front desk is available 24/7 and the compound has security. There is a shuttle transport provided to move around kamala, and also there was a complimentary airport transfer (1 way) which was great. The team is always there to support if anything needed. Special thanks to Thomas, Nui and the team.

Best hotel for family vacation in Kamala Phuket. Very clean, quiet, and the service team are very friendly. Highly recommended and definitely will choose this hotel in the future.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
