Wonderful experience in himmapana villas. definitely one of my favourite places in Phuket. The staff are friendly and helpful, house is huge and clean, and the view is absolutely amazing , specially in the morning. And there are some stray cats lives around the houses, please don't hurt them, we fed them food, water and milk everyday during our stay🙏they are so lovely and friendly to human. We surely will be back to here.

Finished our superb stay at the villa! Reception team has been amazing, and helpful. When we have any question, all we need was to send a message thru a messenger we use which was whatsapp and they're there with help. We booked our free shuttles, taxi and all kinds of help thru reception, much appreciated we enjoyed our stay very much. They're here to solve our problems. We had an extremely pleasant stay 🙏🏻😁

The villa is exactly as depicted on the website, with no discrepancies. It boasts a private indoor parking space equipped with an electric gate, and stepping inside the house is a truly pleasant experience, thanks to its high ceilings and ample design. The minimalist and well-organized decor is particularly appealing. We were especially drawn to the grandiose roof design and spent the entire evening sitting by the pool, reluctant to retire for the night. That said, there were a few minor issues that detracted from our overall experience. We noticed a few small cockroaches near the garbage bin, which was disappointing. Moreover, considering the price point, we felt that the quality of the bed linens and pillows could have been improved. Finally, each of us managed to accidentally tip over our chairs at the dining table a few times. But none of these issues hindered our overall positive impression of this villa.

After more than 3.5 years we were back and it was like coming home. This time we chose a 3b villa "Terraces" for our 3 week stay. Do you know the feeling when you enter a room and you feel so comfortable right away? We knew from our last visit that the team would do everything possible to ensure that their guests wouldn't miss anything. The villa was perfectly clean, lots of little details have been thought and it all felt so fresh & welcome. The fridge was already filled with our pre-ordered drinks, a visit to the local superstore did the rest and within a short time you are so well equipped that the holidays can start right away. Due to the heaviest rain the island have seen in 50 years - which resulted in flooding in parts of the island and landslides outside of Kamala that took down 5 power poles - there was no electricity for a certain time. The challenged team took care of us so kindly and gave us updates on the situation. They even brought candles to the villa in the evening which not only brightened the mood but also made it very romantic. We also felt so safe with everyone that our daughter wanted to stay alone in the evenings so that we could meet up with our friends for dinner. Not only are we infinitely grateful to the whole team, we would also like to say a big thank you to Thomas. Not only that the communication with him is so great, but also that he was able to help us with a special request and he was therefore responsible to make the trip possible for us as a family. THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts & we'll see you ALL again next year (HILLS next...)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
