Absolutely fell in love with everything about this hotel. The entire staff was extremely nice and their hospitality alone made our stay worth it. The room that we stayed in was awesome and we really liked the patio. The bathroom was clean and spacious. We are definitely planning on staying here again!

We had a great stay! Spent a single night in January because our flight was canceled. Would definitely come back to Mexico City and would stay at this hotel again for location, service, price and quality. Small boutique hotel with a great location. You don’t even need to leave the block. There’s a great local park right across the street, Siqe the restaurant/bar/coffee shop next store is AMAZING, and lots of other shops and restaurants nearby walking distance. Hotel was clean and service was great. Answered all of our questions and gave great recommendations. We stayed in a deluxe room. Bathroom was cozy but had everything we needed. The shower did flood into the floor of the bathroom no matter what direction we faced the rain shower. Room wasn’t huge but nice size for a boutique hotel. Has a small elevator which was great for bringing up luggage. We used the stars all other times. Stayed on the 3rd floor. Stairs were dark but that was the vibe of the hotel. Would stay again!

My husband and I are flying home from a 3 night stay at Hippodrome Hotel Condesa and it exceeded every expectation! We stayed on the 5th floor with a lovely balcony with ample foliage and seating. The bed was comfortable, the AC was powerful and the bathroom was large with excellent water pressure! Our stay included breakfast at the culinary school's restaurant across the street. The hotel had nespresso in the room and happily brought me all the water I asked for! :) The hotel backs up to a wonderful large park with plenty of hipsters and dogs running in the morning. We enjoyed nearby coffee shops and the bar next door as well. We walked to Roma Norte for dinner every night. I felt completely safe walking around. I loved the architecture of the neighborhood and the flora and fauna all over the hotel entrance and beyond!

We stayed a few nights in an Executive Suite and a final night in one of the Penthouse rooms. We would definitely book again because of the hotel’s fantastic location, nice rooms, good housekeeping, friendly staff, and overall good value for the price. We enjoyed drinking our Nespressos on the larger terrace of the Penthouse, along with some of the nice touches in the room; but we preferred the Executive Suite because it has more seating area, and the small second room provided a sound barrier between the comings and goings on the elevator and the bedroom. The room also had its own nice touches, like a three-way mirror in the bathroom and plentiful closet space.

Great experience at this hotel. Nice size, modern room, helpful staff and great location. Walking distance to tons and tons of bars and restaurants. Based on the map, I had thought this hotel might be on the edge of Condesa but it's not! It's truly in the heart of everything. We would for sure stay here again the next time we are in Mexico City.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
