This was our favorite hotel that we stayed at during our recent trip to Japan. The location is absolutely unbeatable; a very short walk from the airport train to the hotel. The hotel feels new, with clean rooms and spacious enough (by Japan standards) for two people. Loved relaxing with a bathtub soak after a long day of walking, as well as the foot massage machine! The room humidifier saved me from the dry winter air. Nice quality toiletries, and the hair styling tools were an unexpected bonus. They had no problems handling our luggage forwarding. Overall, a superb value for the location and quality of room and services. I hope to stay here again soon!

A hotel located in a great location close to everything. However with only cleaning of rooms being provided once during our 4 night stay, we took extra notice of how dusty the room were on check in. This was addressed to the reception during the stay but still after the cleaning service was provided it was still so dusty around bed, bathroom and cabinet facilities. For the price we paid I would expect better cleanliness.

Located right outside Namba station so location is 5 stars for sure!! Front desk was so helpful in booking us a reservation for a day tour on Japanese tour website. We saved almost $70 (Family of 3) instead of booking through Klook, so very much appreciated! Rooms are clean, but small. Amenities refilled and rooms cleaned every 3 days. If you are bringing lots of luggage, it will definitely be cramped.
