Great location, walking distance to the old town. We walked every where and they provided us bikes to go around and to the beach. Amazing hospitality, the stuff is super kind, helpful and nice. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the hotel.

We spent 4 nights here & it was a delight! Small hotel with big service. The rooms were clean, cosy & just the right size for 2 people (being on the top level def added to the experience). Breakfast was a decently good spread. Special shout out to Lily, Sarah & Rachel - from the moment we arrived, they made us feel absolutely welcomed. They even remembered our names & preferences. **thank you ladies! Am already looking forward to my next trip to Hoian so i can stay at Delicacy Hotel.

This was the best hotel I stayed in in Vietnam. The hospitality and kindness the staff showed, particularly Dora, Lily and the bellman (I don’t know his name sadly) were totally unmatched. From our arrival, Dora took initiative in explaining the best places to go and the location of the hotel. Every morning we were greeted with a smile and the staff were always trying to do everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Hotel itself feels very clean, new and modern. Love the decor, the rooms are excellent condition. Also went to the spa. Great offer of 40% discount before midday for 1hr+ treatments. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Vietnam and hopefully will be back. Thank you to the staff for being so wonderful!

I'm most impressed by the friendliness of their staffs .. always trying to be helpful ☺️ . A shout out to their front desk ladies .. the few that I can remember are Rachel , lily and Sarah ..and their porters . Sorry for not remembering all their names tho . Facilities wise , I think they're quite good , nice comfy rooms ( not big but a good size ) , they hv a small pool and spa , although I didn't get a chance to use either one . The buffet breakfast is simple .. a basic spread of breads , egg station , salads ,fruits and a sampling of their local dishes too . Location is about 15-20 min walk from the old city and the "happening" areas . So it's quiet ☺️ which I like.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
