A loveliest experience in Hoi An, Vietnam aweosme hotel with luxury rooms and services. The hotel is very helpful except they give you entry at 2pm only but still we ask them to change room and they happily done. Hotel , pool and the overall area was amazing you love it. The reception girl was very sweet and helped us in every aspect. Enjoyed our stay and also raised it for 1 more day because of the lovely place. Riverfront is just in front of the hotel so you can also flame the night candles also. Breakfast was good and they provided us as per the requirements

Paid $49.50 AUD for 1 night. The exterior is aesthetic and the staff were nice. It is only a short walk over to the Hoi An Impression theme park. Free breakfast was nice with a small but decent range of variety such as cereal, hot meals, bread, fruit, and they’ll cook eggs according to personal preference. Most of the villas just have stairs and there was a below average design of the bathroom where the water from the shower just seeps through half the bathroom. Not sure if that’s the same with other rooms.

Looked at the reviews before going here and was a little worried by some of them but maybe they just had super high expectations. The room was great and nice shower pressure. The pool is amazing, clean and so quiet. We missed the pool bar as it’s 11am-4pm and didn’t know. Breakfast is 7-9am I think and considering it’s included it was just what we needed. The aircon in room was fine though took a little bit to cool down but no problem. Wished we had longer here.

Absolutely rethink booking this place. This seems as though there was a time where this was a great hotel however when we first arrived we doubled checked the address was correct as the front has been completely left unkept with overgrown weeds, grass and broken what seemed like statues. The rooms are big and spacious however, we had to get the mould cleaned from the bathroom shower, the pillows replaced because they smelt like sweat, the overall quality of the room was very low and you will find your 5 page rule book on the bedside table. The pool bar is no longer operational and has been left to sit over the wet season and accumulate mould, despite the fact that the staff mentioned it was open 3 seperate occasions to us, it remains closed. When we raised the concerns to the hotel staff through an email we were pretty much told this is how they operate and to deal with it, and if we wanted we could have a different room. They seem to spend more time and effort on the Koi fish than the actual villa, it was very disappointing as we were very looking forward to staying here and it has declined in quality drastically from the images and how the website portrays. The location is great and you can walk from the villa to the markets or easily get a grab anywhere around Hoi An, if you’re just looking for a place to sleep then book it if it’s on sale.

We booked a suite and the room was excellent - large, airy and comfortable. The pool is great and the location is perfect. There was a fair amount of outside noise so didn't sleep as well as we could have, but this could have just been bad luck with timing. The breakfast is disappointing, but there are so many places nearby to get cheap delicious food so wasn't an issue :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
