"As a recent guest at the Hoi An Gravel Pool Villa and Spa, I can't help but share my delightful experience with others considering a stay in this charming town. This hotel is truly a gem, offering not just a place to stay, but a whole experience that enriches your travel. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the staff were outstanding. The owner, in particular, goes above and beyond to ensure every guest's comfort. They offer a convenient taxi service, which was a lifesaver for me. It was so easy to get around, and I didn’t have to worry about navigating an unfamiliar place on my own. What I loved most was the complimentary bicycle service. Riding through the streets of Hoi An, soaking in the local culture at my own pace, was an experience I'll always cherish. It's these thoughtful touches that make the hotel stand out. The rooms are a haven of tranquility and luxury. Immaculately clean, with modern and perfectly maintained bathrooms, my room felt like a personal retreat after a day of exploring. The breakfast, a delightful spread, was the perfect start to my day. The hotel's design deserves a special mention. It's beautifully decorated, with each space showing a keen eye for detail. I definitely recommend to stay here! We stayed three nights and it is great value for money! The owner/ family is really nice and makes sure that you have anything you need. Clean Pool, fresh towels at the pool, bicycles for free, motorbike for rent (150k), really nice furniture and style of the hotel. Only for stars because it gets quite loud in the morning with the street but it did not bother us too much! Go there!

What’s not to like here. As they opened in January everything is brand new. If I could, I would take this bed and pillows with me everywhere I’d go. And it was perfect because we got off the night bus really early and we were able to have an early check in and recover from the lo ride. We were able to take the bikes to the city (5 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes). Breakfast was really good too. Who doesn’t want to start the day with a fresh Banh mi or other dishes they have on their menu. If we come back to Hoi An we already know where to sleep.

Do yourself a favour and book here! What can I say? The place is beautiful, the pool tranquil, and the free breakfest is memorable. Sounds pretty great eh? Well the staff make it even better. Incredibly helpful and fluent in English (not that we expect English when we travel, but it is always nice being able to converse with a local). They also have free bycicles to peddle into town on (we came on motorbikes but old Town only allows motorbikes between 11-3 so I highly recommend biking)! AC also works great!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
