This Hotel is great. We stayed 5 days and everything was perfect, except the rooms were light hearing but didnt bother us too much. Staff is great and helpful. We got all we needed and felt good the hole time. The bikes are in good condition and you can just take them for free. Great Beds and big breakfast. We also tried roomservice, was okay. Laundry was good and the water pressure in the bathroom was very good for longer hair. We liked that there was no busy street in front of the hotel.

The rooms are very ample and comfortable, they are also well maintained. Mine had a spacious balcony. The food at the breakfast buffet and that I ordered to my room was very good! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help! This property is a great value.

The best place we have stayed in Vietnam by a long way. Great facilities, relaxing, close to town without feeling like you are in town, nice and quiet, clean rooms. Everything works and relatively new. Staff are brilliant!!! Had it recommended by 2 people and it didn’t disappoint!! Travelled with partner and she loved it too’

Very helpful and attentive staff. Hotel was a bit out of the hustle and bustle which we enjoyed and the old town was accessible within a 10 min walk or very cheap (£1) taxi ride. There are shuttles 4 times a day too. The pool was really nice, as was the beach club. Happy hour in the bar was good and beers were in line with the prices in town. Breakfast had decent choice although coffee could have been better. Overall an excellent hotel ran by staff who clearly care about your comfort and enjoyment.

Had a great stay here. Comfy beds, friendly staff, homely vibe, pleasant open air bar and restaurant. Old town is a 15 minute walk, or the hotel has bicycles which you can rent free of charge I recommend taking these just across the bridge, using the lock provided by the hotel and then exploring the old town on foot as it was too busy to try and cycle around for us. We did find the old town quite hectic so this hotel was a welcome oasis where we spent a few pleasant afternoons having a beer by the pool reading a book. They also provide a free shuttle to a very nice beach bar a 15 minute drive away which was a nice way to spend an afternoon.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
