We had the most wonderful experience during our 8 night stay with the family at Palmy Villas. They were so kind and anticipated our every need. Our room was roomy and expertly cleaned daily, the pool was pristine and refreshing, and we had a made to order breakfast every morning. We used their free bicycles almost every day and we were asked about and guided tour adventure of the day. Stay here if you get the chance. When we left at 5am, our car was waiting to take us to the airport and the Patriarch and his daughter were there to see us off and say goodbye. We can't recommend this lovely family and their beautiful boutique hotel enough.

Great choice, best hotel on our tour. Clean, lovely airy room with balcony, nice pool, short ride into Hoi An centre. Best of all, breakfast was not one of those endless spreads of dinner leftovers, but was really fresh fruit, fresh bread, & delicious omelet. Staff were excellent, recommend highly !! Very nice hotel with a good location just between the city center and the beach. You can easily ride a bicycle to both. The room was very big and clean and more luxurious than we expected. The pool was very nice and clean too. Also good breakfast. And the staff is the nicest! Very good place to stay in Hoi An.

Everything was amazing! The staff was so nice and helpful, the room was big and clean, the pool was beautiful, breakfast was great with many options, location was perfect too - Just between the city and the beach (both can be reached on a bicycle). If you go to Hoi An, I can definitely recommend Palmy Villa!

Family run. Clean. Pool. Not many rooms. Just loved it. They also do washing for you as well..cheap. will go back again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
