We stayed in the Paradise Villa for 5 nights, and it has been such a lovely experience! The host and hostess is so sweet, welcoming and helpful! The breakfast was alright, you could both choose Vietnamese and European food! If we ever go to Hoi and again we will stay here. Nice place and good price/value for the money! 🇩🇰

Had a really great stay at this hotel, at first we booked for 5 nights but decided to extended and stay for 7 nights total :) the family who own the hotel are so kind and friendly and really made us feel at home and very welcome during our stay here. Just a quick 10 minute walk to Hoi An Ancient Town so the hotel is very convenient, close to where the action is but far enough away that it’s quiet and relaxing. Rooms where spotless, definitely the cleanest hotel we’ve stayed at since we started backpacking and the swimming pool was also amazing, very clean and well maintained! The perfect place to relax and cool down after a day in the heat. Look forward to staying here again and would 100% recommend to family & friends for futures stays

Worst host ever! we booked this room because it says that it has a washing machine in the room, even though its far from the city center, but there isn't one. we asked the owner and she said that the washing machine is in her house and we need to give the laundry to her, we gave her all the supplies for the laundry, laundry detergent and even asked her to not use the dryer so we will hang it ourselves. When we checked out she charged us a huge price (worth 1 night of stay) for full laundry service, which it's definitely not the case. She started acting like she doesn't understand what is the problem when we confronted her, saying that she charged us less then the usual price. One minute walk from the place we noticed a laundry service providing laundry and drying for about 1$ a kilo (way less then we paid) Very disappointing, she ruined the whole experience.

Great place to stay in Hoi An, clean rooms with everything you could need, great pool and only a 10 minute walk to the old town. The family who own the hotel are very helpful and always greet you with a smile when you come in. We loved it so much we decided to extend our stay for a few more nights :)

The room were small, but really clean and comfy. The owner was really kind and helped us book a trip to the coconut boat and to go back to Da Nang to continue visiting the place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
