My girlfriend and I had an amazing stay here. The rooms are huge, the beds are huge and the bathrooms are clean. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great when we were here but the pool looked great. The free breakfast was an excellent plus and on our last day we had to get a taxi to the airport at 5.30am and breakfast doesn't start until 7 but they prepared it for us at 5am. Couldn't say enough good about this place, the staff are so so friendly and the location is amazing, a 7 min walk right to the heart of the town.

Very good budget hotel. Good-sized, clean, comfortable and well-maintained rooms with en-suite bathroom toilet & shower. Breakfast is very good and included within the price. Local tours can be booked along with airport or station pickups for a reasonable fee. Rooftop pool also available is clean and secluded. 4 nights stay on 3rd floor. Recommend for couples & families.

Perfect spot for a few nights in Hoi An. We stayed in a room with “no window” and it was fine. There is a small skylight that lets in some light plus the room was large with high ceilings. Plus who stays in their room all day. The pool on the roof was great as it actually got sun during the day. Was great to come back from a walk in old town and cool off with a dip on our return. Would stay here again and recommend

Because of quiet but central location, staff friendliness, good breakfast, room size and cost this place is very good value for money. Sure most rooms are windowless and can feel damp and hot water lasted for 5 min after being lukewarm only. But otherwise, again, very good value an great place to stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
