The best location in Hoi An ancient city by the river. The family is very kind, friendly and helpful. Short walking distance to the night market and all the fantastic restaurants. The hotel is located on the quiet part of the city which is fantastic. Not much night activities here. The room is big and clean. We got a room at the bottom floor, the balcony is very narrow and you can only see some houses. Our bed is old, not so comfortable and it makes a creeking noise all the time. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay very much and we would like to stay here again in another room.

The family who run this place are amazing. So helpful, friendly and kind . It is better value for money to book trips, excursions and airport transfers with them rather than elsewhere. We had a river view room which did have a great view, however it was quite small . I think this is because it was very top floor, so I suggest a second or third level room as they are bigger . The room was well equipped only downside was the shower didn't have much power but still did the job fine . The location is great for Hoi An with everything of interest within walking distance. Highly recommend.

A little family owned business in an old building, just next to Hoi An Night Market. A very unique place to stay here, with a freaking short walking distance to Hoi An Ancient town. The owners are very kind, and their daughter Ms. Ruby is really nice. She would brief you the point of interest, food worth trying. Also, the view from their room balcony is totally epic. Highly recommended.

Stayed here while I was in Hoi An, the host was very hospitable, gave great insights in what to do in the area. She was also able to help book activities if you wanted with no hard sell. The location is definitely river front and close to the night market super convenient. Only down side to the convenience is that it is quite close to bars and cafe so it gets a little loud at night if you have little ones. I would stay here again if I wasn’t bringing kids!! It is also very clean!

This family run Hotel is very good value for money. Mom and Pop along with daughter Ruby are always available to offer tourist guidance and advice. All the staff I came accross were very nice. I shall return.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
