My stay at the Rosemary Hotel in Hoi An was satisfactory. The hotel itself was decent, although its location around 3-4 kms from the main city center wasn't ideal. While the accommodations were average, I would advise future guests to take a photo of the mini bar in their room, as there's a possibility of being charged even if you don't use the services. The breakfast, unfortunately, had limited vegetarian choices, which was disappointing. Overall, it's a decent option for lodging, but there are a few aspects that could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience.

Beautiful hotel, the rooms are a nice size and well set out, the curtains across toilet and bathroom were different. The unfortunate part is lack of maintenance as our bed has not been assembled properly and is about to fall apart, the towel hook on the wall was almost off the wall. They charge you for stains on sheets and any damage, a bit much when they don't repair anything. It is a 3.4kms walk to old sector. The electric taxi is ideal

Our family of five stayed at this hotel recently soon after they reopened after COVID. The staff attended to our every need and made sure we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was delicious and the spa services are incredibly reasonable. We would definitely stay again if ever in the area!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
