We stayed here 3 nights and it was fantastic!! The location is perfect for both the old town and the rice paddies/ beach since you get bikes loaned to you for free. Easy ride to both. The breakfast was included and it was literally 4 courses of wonderful food different each morning. Our bed was beautifully made up with decorative swans and rose petals on our first night. The room had a slight moist smell but it was fine. We highly recommend this place and it was a great price :)

This is such a lovely place to stay, the best I have had during my stay in Vietnam. The family makes sure you have everything you need to enjoy Hoi An and the surroundings. If you want a tour they help you book it, or you can make use of the bikes for free! It makes it very easy to explore. The rooms are very spacious, lovely and clean. Shower is very nice, as is the bed. I highly recommend Rustic Villa, there is nothing not to like about this place :)

We really enjoyed our stay here. The bedrooms are beautiful and we were met with flower petals and towel swans on the bed when we arrived. The hotel is located on a peaceful street a bit outside of the center and there's a great spa just a minutes walk away. The three course breakfast was really excellent, and the staff are all wonderful and very helpful!

We stayed at Hoi An Rustic Villa for 9 nights and loved it. The villa and rooms are so beautiful and well equipped. The bed was huge and so comfortable. The 4 course breakfast every morning was incredible. They even made us a vegan breakfast as we are vegan. The family who run the hotel were so helpful and friendly. They always asked how we were and if they could help us. They even helped us with a problem we had during our trip. It felt like home. The location is also very good. You can ride a bike (they rent them for free) to the old town in 10-15 minutes and to the beach in 15-20 minutes. So we really liked the location and the surroundings! This was the best hotel we stayed in during our 6 months travel around South East Asia. That's why we would recommend this hotel to everyone. ❤️

We would highly recommend the Rustic Villa if you want to visit Hoi An. The hotel staff organized transfers from the train station and to the airport, aswell as a diving trip for us. Everything worked like a charm and we had a great stay here. The diving and snorkeling trip to cham island was a great experience - can recommend. The rooms are equipped with good AC, clean and all in all very nice. The breakfast was individually prepared daily and very tasty. You can borrow bikes for free, to go and explore the city and nearby beaches. They are more than good enough to visit all interesting places in the area.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
