Overall a lovely hotel and property. It’s on the major busy street with endless honking but ask for a room away from the street and it gets much quieter. The balconies are fun but really with families talking and swimming it’s just a loud property so just a warning. The bed and linens weren’t five star and the breakfast was one star. I saw the workers eating family meal, that’s what looked yummy. They should serve that. The sad buffet we visited one day and just paid for something yummy nearby. The staff are crazy attentive and helpful. They run a good shop. Laundry service and car service was helpful for us. I wished there was Kleenex in the room but toilet paper will do. The pool was really clean and overall it’s a unique place to stay but I would likely try another since I don’t swim and prefer to try to find quiet.

An excellent stay! I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The staff is lovely. Anything you need they are there to help you. My room was super clean with a lovely balcony and a huge bathtub. The location was perfect and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I highly recommend Hoi An TNT Villa.

Slept comfortably. Average sized breakfast buffet but certainly enough choice. Decent room. Laundry clothes came out fresh. Slight issue with a lost carrier bag but they returned a cost for the bag even though I initially said it was fine to just leave it. I got the feeling that they care about leaving a good impression which is pleasant to see.

I can't recommend T and T enough. The location is great, within 5 minutes to the river where all the tourist shops and restaurants are. Also plenty of restaurants and shops just outside the property. The swimming pool is of a good size and ideal for both adults and children. Breakfast is served at 6am all the way through to 10am. It's a tipical Vietnamese hotel breakfast with a selection of drinks. Last but definitely not least are the fantastic staff. All are very helpful. Ann on reception shined out to me which when I think of how good the others were it is something to be proud of for her. Thank you to everyone and I hope to return.

Beautiful villa. Helpful and kind staff. The receptionist explained everything in detail - tours, locations, reminders... The room is big. I love the tub. Also, had a restful night after hours of walking around the famous old town. I will definitely recommend 💗

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
