My girlfriend and I stayed here for four(originally had planned three and added one extra)nights on our winter vacation. Pros: - Lee(the owner) goes above and beyond to provide you with a heartwarming and amazing experience. From recommendations for activities around town, to retrieving lost items: you are in the best hands! - Everything in the hotel is in good to excellent condition and also very clean. I also think the interior and exterior are overall decorated in lovely colors and furniture - Although there is also plenty of options nearby, they provide you with a tasty breakfast - Bed is comfortable, the room had windows and air condition - Quasi no mosquitos, feels very safe overall - located at a beautiful spot, very quiet, yet just a few steps away from the central market, plenty of restaurants, an outdoor gym, excellent spas and the lanterns Hoi An is so well known for Cons: - the room we had was a bit small which made it tough to store your stuff in an accessible manner - it also didn’t have any more than a view directly on the wall of the neighboring building (although that wall is nicely decorated) Altogether we can highly recommend to stay here!

We had a really special experience here. To start, the cleanliness, location, and amenities are fantastic. The bed is comfortable the rooms are spacious. The hotel is beautiful, safe, and cozy. It is very close to everything you would want to do in Hoi An while being the perfect distance from the loud bars along the river that you won't hear any of the partying that you hear once getting a little closer. The best part about this hotel is the incredible personal service you will get. The owner, Lee, made our experience so memorable. He was helpful regarding every aspect of our stay. From suggesting what we should do around town, to making sure we had a comfortable stay, he took care of us. He helped arrange tours and cars for us at very reasonable prices (we compared to other sources and there was no upcharge whatsoever). If you want a clean hotel with a good value, good amenities, and an owner who truly cares about your experience, look no further and definitely book this hotel.

If you are going to Hoi an you must stay here. I could not recommend this place enough. I had the most amazing time all thanks to Mr.Lee. He gave the best recommendations and was so kind and attentive. Rooms were very nice and clean but the service truly made my trip. Definitely book any excursions or transportation needs through him, the prices were great. The staff here will really take care of you and ensure you have the best stay possible. Thank you Mr.Lee for such a memorable time!

We loved staying with Lee. The welcome was absolutely warm and welcoming and he took great care of us. He explained possible tours, gave us time to decide and was not pushy at all. It was possible to book things spontaneously and I would like to raise that he was not annoyed about this at all! I personally loved the fishes and the breakfast was easy going and tasty. (Eggs in different styles, pancake with banana and noodle soup). I especially enjoyed the fruit platter town centre hotel was preparing for us every morning. 👍

From the moment we checked in to the Hoi An Town Centre Hotel, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Mr. Lee, in particular, stood out with his impeccable hospitality. He was more than just accommodating; he listened attentively to every request we made and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The hotel itself exudes a very charming ambiance, striking the perfect balance between the traditional and the modern. The rooms were immaculate and well-appointed, providing a serene escape after a day of exploring the vibrant city. Breakfast at the hotel was a delightful experience every morning. The spread was generous, with a variety of options to choose from. The fruits were fresh and amazing, a true testament to the local produce of the region. On one occasion, we needed to book a private car to explore the surrounding areas, and Mr. Lee arranged everything for us in under 15 minutes. Surprisingly, the rate was even cheaper than what we would have found on a Grab, which was thoroughly impressive. As for the location, it's unbeatable. Situated very close to the market, the hotel is an ideal starting point for any adventure in Hoi An. Whether you're looking to shop, dine, or soak in the local culture, everything is just a stone's throw away. In summary, our stay at the Hoi An Town Centre Hotel was nothing less than wonderful. Thanks to Mr. Lee and the staff, we left with great memories and the intention to return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hoi An!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
