The location was perfect. Just walking distance to night market and many other places. Their service was awesome. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious, clean and tidy. Cozy hotel runs by a beautiful family. They are very polite, loving and helpful. If I visit Hoi An again will definitely stay here for sure.

The best hosts ever, the rooms were so nice and clean, very good on privacy. The staff was the friendliest and went above and beyond to help us in everything. Very close to the night market and the river, still is in a peaceful lane. Lots of facilities like cycles and tour plans, laundry, money exchange. Feels like home.

Amazing stay!! The owner and his family helped us during the stay, finding the taxi to Danang, booked the massage place for me and also his dad took us to the Coconut Boat and Old town. The room is quite nice and comfy. We were on the 3rd floor, walking was not an obstacle. The bed is not too soft which I like so much. There's also a TV and small refrigerator. The toilet is clean, with bidet and big shower head room. We have the room with no view, but it was ok because we can easily walk outside and find them by ourselves. There's so many massage places, opposite side or next door but I took the owner advice to the place he suggested, it was so good. This hotel is close with Old town, walking street, or the pubs so it's easy to walk to and walk back. The hotel also offer the bicycle to use as well. What a good and peaceful memory I have here in, Hoi An ❤️

I can't say enough about Vi Khoa Villa and the amazing experience I had staying there, the trip has been the best not only because Hoi An is beautiful but also because Tuan and family at Vi Khoa Villa made our stay extremely special by being exceptional hosts. The rooms are simple and serves best. Very clean no reasons to complain. Strongly recommend Vi Khoa Villa to every traveller going to Hoi An. What they serve is more than 5 star service .. can't wait to get back.

This is great place to stay location wise. The river is just 4 min walk from here. The host family is really really nice. They are super good at communicating and really helpful. The rooms were clean. Overall great place for price.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
