My GF and I stayed here for 2 days and from the moment we walked in, the vines were great! Customer service was amazing and all the staff were super friendly. I wasn’t able to get the names of the staff except for IRIS - she was so friendly and helped us a lot with finding things to do and had tons of recommendations. The whole concierge and hospitality staff were great. The lady handling the breakfast area was so sweet and nice - I didn’t catch her name but wanted to make sure I have her a shout out! Location was also great and city center, quiet area and the hotel was a nice boutique with great aesthetics! 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Such amazing service from the hotel staff the moment we arrived back in August 2023. Pardon the late review! Its thanks to the hotel staff they made recommendations on where to sight see and places to eat and they provided a detailed map on where to go. Even booked our tour to Bana Hills for the following day so our 2 night stay was planned and we absorbed as much as possible. The rooms were luxurious and the breakfast buffet was such a treat. Highly recommend!

It was an amazing stay at this hotel! We left early at 0300 am and they were so kind to pack us breakfast we could take on the go. The rooms were huge and clean! Breakfast was delicious too! Overall, a great stay and no complaints! Staff were all kind and friendly! Would recommend to all!

Superb hotel with a central location and to top it all a fabulous staff who go out of their way to help. The rooms are spacious and super comfortable beds. The morning buffet breakfast is great, too. If in Hoian, I can't do enough to recommend this hotel.

Best reception, great location, excellent service. Had the best stay in hoi an here! Very spacious rooms and staff have great communication skills. From check in all the way to check out everything was seamless. Special mention to Irish best reception we’ve ever met . Thank you for a wonderful stay

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
