Away from the frenzy of Old Town, Tranquil Lodge is a great escape to peaceful serenity. The area is like a local settlement surrounded by actively farmed rice paddies. Wonderful views from rooms and balconies. Spacious rooms and washrooms, well-appointed and well-maintained. Clean with all toiletries provided. I used the free bicycles on site to get my daily morning exercise cycling through the paved paddy paths, to the beach, to neighbouring villages and even to Old Town, as busy as it is. Good breakfast, nice pool though I never used it. Friendly and helpful staff. 10 minute walk at most to a commercial street with cafes, restaurants, drinks and shops.

It was my 2nd stay in the lodge and I would return anytime. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The balcony has a wonderful ricefield view. The rooms are cleaned everyday. You get bicycles for free as well as huge umbrellas. But the best thing about the lodge is the staff. They are kind, friendly and helpful, always smiling and trying to make the best out of your stay there. I traveled through Vietnam for 8 weeks in total and this is the place I felt the most welcome!

Ideal hotel if you want to be in a quieter part of town. Can be hard to find without GPS. But worth it. The hotel has big rooms, some with a little garden even. They all look to the rice fields surrounding the hotel. (Yes it sometimes smells like mud on the terasse, to be expected) The pool is big and has relax chairs around it. Breakfast is fresh and tasty. Staff is working hard to making your experience enjoyable. Scooter rental with Mr. Hai around the corner is available. There is a cat!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean. All the rooms are facing east he rice field with unblocked view. The staff and housekeeping were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel location is about 1.5km to 2km away from Hoian old town. The lodge provides free bicycle rental. You can rent a motorbike from them as well. As the hotel is on a small alley, Grab and Taxi drivers might not pick you up at the lobby. The hotel staff is always very helpful to help you coordinate with the grab driver to request them to drive in. In any case, the walk out to the main road is about 200m. If you’re heading to the airport (especially with a luggage), I recommend you to book a car with the staff in advance. It’s a reasonable price at VND 300.000. I do recommend you to stay here for a unique experience in Hoian.

Loved the hotel very very very homely experience the breakfast was very simple but good quality, the room was clean and the staffs were very friendly. The front desk staff Kim was very nice and suggested us what to and it was all worthed. The view behind our room was very natural and calm. The price was reasonable. Would Reccomend everyone want to give more than 5stars
