Good room and good service. We were there for our anniversary and they decorated the room very nicely. They gave us a little treat for new year's day, was very sweet. We booked a few services there at the hotel, all is good! Have nothing to complain, the room has smart TV, which is nice. Breakfast was a little cold but not too bad.

Wonderful stay in Hoi an. Location was amazing as it is right on the night market street which is bustling and fun. However, the breakfast provided was a bit stale, cold, and reused. There were lots of fleas sitting on the food. If they just get fly nets, that will solve the problem! There was also construction happening in the hotel when we stayed, so it would have been nice if they had let us know prior to booking, as it was dusty and loud. Other than that I recommend staying here. They provide free bikes and each room has a lovely balcony, with a view of the street. The rooms were really clean and the staff were super accommodating. The staff on site apologised to us daily about the construction ( we know it wasn’t their fault). The lady at the front desk was especially amazing. As you arrive, the lady at the front desk guides you to all the best restaurants, street food, as well as gives you tips on not to get ripped off by street vendors.

The staff at this hotel were amazing. We have stayed at a few hotels in Vietnam and the service at this hotel was a stand out. The room was a little small but comfortable. As mentioned in other reviews, there is no shower door. This means the whole bathroom floor gets wet after evey shower. The hotel is in an ideal location. It is right by the night market. I recommend this hotel to other guests.

Perfect location where everything at a walking distance. 5 mins walk to the old town. The staff (Vee & Tuy) was amazing with their recommendations and assistance. They assisted me with securing 2 tickets to The Memories Show, I would recommend to book this show through the hotel.

The room was perfect, super central and walkable to nearby places. Staff was incredibly accommodating even when I added on an extra day last minute. Hotel facilities were well maintained. I would 100% come back here if I were to visit Hoi An again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
