Kids friendly, nice staff. Well maintained hotel. There are 2 pools, one with slides for kids. Gym has 2 running machines, 2 cycling machines, 1 elliptical, a set of free weights and a multi-cable machine. Breakfast is good. Food rates at the restaurant are reasonable. Better Thai food than restaurants in the area. Food can take a little while to arrive. Good location for access to long tail boats, nightmarkets, or the snake show

The highlights of the hotel are definitely its location, amenities and the pool area. The pool is large, beautifully maintained, and an ideal place to relax and unwind. The hotel also offers a variety of amenities such as a well-equipped gym, a cozy lounge area, and a restaurant serving delicious meals. However, there was a significant downside to my stay – a persistent bad smell emanating from the bathroom in my room. Despite our complaints, the issue wasn't fully resolved during my stay, which was disappointing and impacted the overall comfort.

The food is not really nice. Breakfast was bad, but if you are not fussy, still edible. Tried the pool bar food, bad too burger is small and dry. The room was alright. Got a small hiccup. I got double charged by the reception for a birthday celebration deco in the room. We paid online before the trip, but when check out, we got billed again. Please check your bill carefully. But the room cleaning was good, staffs are friendly. Hope the food will improve.

Friends and I stayed here in September. I for one would go back, it was a very beautiful and happy place to be. Bedroom was spotlessly clean,Breakfast was amazing, the hotel was a wonderful place to stay. Swimming in the pool when raining was something I will never forget. 2023

The resort is located on a perfect spot and just across the street from the hotel you can do everything from exchanging money, pharmacy, supermarkets and not to mention good restaurants around. The hotel room was very spacious and breakfast is massive! Great service too!

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
