I was given a recommendation to eat here at Stock Burger. I found the place had an amazing, friendly and helpful staff. I inquired about staying here and was referred to Mina. She was extremely helpful and took care of all of my questions. She was mindful of my budget while ensuring the hotel took care of all of my asks. The ease of booking paired with the price ensures I will be staying here again. I cannot praise this establishment enough. I had a chance to eat at the Sushi restaurant downstairs during my stay. It was incredible. My coworkers, and I, really enjoyed the diversity within the hotel. We were able to order from either restaurant so we could enjoy a beer at Stock burger and enjoy some delicious rolls. It was nice to have the flexibility for my coworkers who didn’t want me to try the amazing menu items at Stock Burger.

Reasons to stay here: Staff, staff, staff!! Location, clean linens/rooms, great sushi! If you have the good fortune of having Jyoti check you in/out you will definitely have a smooth, efficient and professional experience...she is wonderful! The hotel's carpet and tubs do appear tired at times and it would be nice to have plugs on both sides of the beds but once again the amazing staff make up for it.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the hotel team. Everything was perfect. we would have two days. These two days we were like in a fabulous paradise. We were 4 adults and 4 children. Children were provided with extra beds in each room at no additional charge. it was a big caring attitude from the reception staff. In the room there was kettle, tea, coffee and water. Rooms were clean and cozy. The buffet breakfast was perfect. everything is delicious and fresh. The range of food is large and varied. omelettes, scrambled eggs and other types of cooked eggs are prepared in front of you.

The bathroom shower had a lot of mold but the staff are incredible! Every single person you meet in the hotel, goes above and beyond to be kind and helpful and friendly. Especially Gayatri who is the chef - when she found out I had allergies she did everything she could to make me feel taken care of. She cooked me breakfast every morning and delivered it with a smile personally to my table and asked about how I was doing. Her kindness and care made a huge difference for me during this trip.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
