        Spent 2 weeks here during my onboarding. The staff all the wat from the reception, food and room service are all great, friendly and polite. Theme dinner nights were a good change from the usual items on offer and the local musicians a good touch Thank you all

        Lowest level of quality service I have seen in my entire life . Very old and bad decorations not cheap at all . The open buffet is trash in all aspects quality of material used . , quantities of the food finish after 30 mins from the start of buffet were finish . The waiters are rude . Not one time things . I work in entertainment business and I know that is how they run business . I would not go there for free . When you go there you will understand the frustration good luck

        Though this is an old hotel, it is well maintained. Staff are polite in general. Limitations are 1.the location, bit far away from business places in the town. e.g : Villagio is closer but by car you need to take a long way for U turn. 2. Guests are mostly sponsored from companies around where the employees in here for long stays. So you find sometime you are an outsider or intruder.. Its just the ambience and groups you see and observe. 3. Very limited choice of items for breakfast it is literally the same everyday.

        Well a very very nice and comfortable experience. As far as service and staff are concerned they have an incredible performance. Cleanliness,pool,room service,amenities everything is worth paying for. They go beyond their limits to comfort u. But a bit disappointment regarding refilling of food during breakfast and dinner as well. The management should take a notice. Second concern is their furniture and quilts. They really need a maintainence. I specially thanks Mr Tamim to make our trip memorable. Such a humble and nice peraon. From the resturant staff I found Ely a really sweet person. Overall every penny we spens was worth paying.

        He is bad in cutomer like. Me. He doesn't talk very well. He is not good. Not like the old Casher before very good. This Egyptian one is very rude so I give one star only. Please change him. We need the old Casher very good and very nice to Cutomers. In English also in Arabic he is good but this one Egyptian no!

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
