We stayed in a king premium room. The room was very well designed. It would be perfect for a longer stay. What I liked: (1) There is an extra shelf in the bathroom for toiletries, so you actually have room for your stuff. (2) The seating unit in the room was very comfortable for reading. (3) The room has tons of storage, with plenty of room to store all of your luggage. In that regard, it might be the most functional hotel room I've ever stayed in. (4) In the lobby, there is a small coffee/bakery stand just outside the lounge. The croissants were tasty, the prices are reasonable, the chairs are comfortable, the service is wonderful, and it's a great spot for people watching. It's a very nice option if breakfast is not included with your room. My only complaint about the hotel would be that the front desk doesn't seem to be large enough for the volume of business the hotel does, with the result that the lobby frequently feels like a train station. Overall, the hotel provides great value for the price. And, if you have any interest in shopping for jewelry, you couldn't pick a better location. I will definitely stay here again.

We loved everything! Large, spacious room with 2 large comfortable beds. The food is very good. The food was diverse, tasty, of high quality (fish, seafood, oysters, etc.) and international (pizza, Thai dishes, Japanese dishes, etc.). We had breakfast and dinner. Both were buffets with many options. Good location, central to the hotel, close to the bus station and 5-7 minutes from the river.

We felt we were staying in a very flash hotel. It was about a 45 minute taxi ride from hotel but a wonderful hotel. It was just a stopover but we enjoyed the hotel so much we didn’t leave. The beds were very comfortable, great pillows, spacious rooms, nice plush towels, robes and a bathtub and shower in the very big bathroom. The buffet style restaurant serves amazing food for different culinary tastes 3 times a day. They offer a wonderful fitness centre with sauna and steam room, great pool. Also very affordable Thai massages that we didn’t get to try but next time. It was our first time to first Thailand and the people we encountered here were quite friendly and helpful. I love all the bowing as a greeting. We look forward to the next time.

This hotel offers you everything you could expect and more! Relatively central to many things, rooms are large and clean and most importantly staff are always there to assist with anything during your stay! Supattra was warm and welcoming upon our arrival as well as being efficient during our check in. Great service! Definitely put this on your list of hotels to stay at during your stay in Bangkok!!
