The employees were very helpful and friendly. There was an extremely funny gentleman in the restaurant who was extremely entertaining. Pools were nice, supposed to be heated, but didn't really feel like it, but it was cold outside. The location was amazing, close to the Sphere and The High Roller! The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was because where our room was, you could hear the traffic, so it made it a little harder to get to sleep. But that's probably common for Las Vegas.

Hotel amenities are amazing, we got upgraded to a sphere view suite. Things are clean and up to holiday inn standard. However, the late check out policy is quite strict, they only extended our room to 11am. Our flight is delayed for 4 hours until 5PM and we had no where to stay in the mean time. Also, If you are lucky enough to have a washer in the room, be careful with the washing powder, they easily bleached our one week old white pants.

Overall we were very happy with staying here. The location is very close to the strip, link Ferris wheel (high roller) and the sphere. The room we got had two bedrooms and a full kitchen. The fireplace and balcony in the room were both nice features. We did spend a lot of time in the room or resort.

Check-in was extremely slow. I was the next in the line but still had to wait for about 20 minutes before someone could assist me. The process to check-in is composed of three steps. You need to stop at three different points. I found it unnecessary and waste of time. On the check out day, I was inquiring about late check out. The front desk person (Maria) said no without asking me about the need or even checking if there I room to accommodate my request. After seeing such a response I said I am going to post a bad review. She called me back in 30 seconds or less telling me that I can check out at 12. Here are few other issues: If a person is taking showers in the attached room then you hear loud shower noise. It was loud enough to make feel like the shower was running in my room. The tub looked old (picture attached) and dirty. Supplied coffee (picture attached) quality was not good at all. Coffeemaker was also outdated. One of the days, the room wasn’t refreshed. Besides having a bad experience with the service, I think location was good. It is within 5 minutes of walk from the Sphere and 10 minutes from Las Vegas Boulevard. Not recommended at all because of the service.

Stayed here 6 days. Very close to the strip and the new sphere. The room was ok very different from Orlando. The shuttle don't take you to the strip like other places do. The staff was very nice and friendly. No elevators at all. My go-to family friendly resort. Well visit again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
