Hotel lobby was nice, the bar/restaurant looked nice though we didn’t use. Staff were nice enough. The room was dated and small. My partner booked it and said that when he booked he wanted to surprise me in the room as it was my birthday but his comments were ignored. We asked for a zoo facing room but all we could see was the car park 😂 The bed was so squashy it sunk down to the floor and the bathroom was so tiny we couldn’t shut the door without climbing over the toilet 😂 Wouldn’t return, though glad we didn’t pay much for it. - location - 20 mins away from town in the car so not accessible to anything nearby - other than the zoo which we wouldn’t recommend either!!

Booked hotel via love holiday. The staff were very efficient and friendly from the moment we entered the door. We couldn’t get into our room til 3 which was a mild inconvenience but we didn’t need to leave our room til 3 on our last day. The room was quiet and comfortable and cleaned daily. The breakfast was amazing with multiple options and very little queuing. It is quite a walk to the centre but there are plenty of buses that leave from the road directly outside. Would highly recommend

Nice facilities, friendly staff upon check in, good location, clean and spacious rooms however had thin walls so could hear neighbouring rooms and the zoo animals early in the morning. Nice bar area/restaurant downstairs however waiters were a little inconsistent with taking orders. Issues with wifi connections too, very inconsistent. Overall a pleasant stay.

Close to the airport and city, almost in between the 2. Both to be reached by bus, busstop is in front of the hotel. The breakfast is superb and a great start of the day. Rooms are a bit dated, but very spacious. The pool is a big plus for the kids, reservation recommended.

Old rooms but it is OK. Very tasty foods in restaurant. We ate fish&chips and Margherita pizza. Very close to the zoo. No other popular place around. Far from city center. At night around hotel become very quiet and dark.

Booking Policy

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
