        What is good about this hotel is that it's very close to downtown you can read (Oriental Pearl Tv Tower). That's a very big advantage for this hotel, especially when you come for the first time in Shanghai. The standard room of this hotel is alright for sleep for one night, maybe two, mostly this room has everything you need to have, and if you choose smart you can have a very nice view on the top of this hotel. Besides this couple of good things, first thing first this hotel has a very terrible and unprofessional front desk and service, you can call them many times, but nobody can't answer you on the telephone in your room, also they speak poorly English and difficult in communication can be struggling, of course, if you get them on the telephone who is installed in the room. Another thing food in this hotel it's not good at all, first doesn't taste good and lack creativity in their cuisine, so you will eat the same food like every day. So the realistic rating and expected rating for the services this hotel provides is quite average.

        The Internet has been down on and off for three nights, and I have had problems with it throughout my stay. Sometimes the staff can speak no English. When they can, they seem helpless and are often useless. They seem frustrated when things don't work: like my telephone, which broke the first time that I tried to use it. The elevators are sporadically broken. My room smelled heavily of smoke when I arrived. It costs 60 yuan to run a single load of laundry. The breakfast consists of mostly fried food and is of the lowest quality. The place feels dark and dreary. My only compliments go to the niceness of the room and to the reliability and friendliness of the cleaning staff. I review this hotel at only 1 star (instead of 2) because it is part of an international chain and I expected more. I will be much more careful about staying at a Holiday Inn or IHG hotel in the future.

        It's a good place at a great location. If you are travelling from India or Pakistan, you have a good place right beside the hotel where you can have your food. there is a 7-11 store just across the street as well. The only thing is thatthe staff does not know English and hence it will be good if you have a translator app. The hotel has complimentary breakfast which is great even if you are from the Indian subcontinent.

        Most dirty room I have seen in life; elevator looks like it has been used to transport cattle. Even shower water was not hot. Shocking experience.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
